Abstract: PURPOSE: A storing/restoring device of a spectrum is provided to store wired/wireless band signal spectrums as data as much as predetermined time from a moment when an event is generated, and to repeatedly realize corresponding situations, thereby analyzing front/back spectrum states at the moment when the event is generated. CONSTITUTION: An RF input unit(100) receives a spectrum of a signal transmitted through a predetermined RF band, down-converts into a post-baseband, and converts the spectrum into digital data. Plural memories(110,120,130) store the converted digital data. An RF output unit(140) receives the stored digital data, and restores the signal of the first received RF band. A control circuit(150) stores all information within the spectrum of the signal corresponding to the RF band in the memories(110,120,130), and controls such that the signal of the first received RF band is restored.
