Abstract: The magnetic head for magnetic cards reads the variable information and the permanent information for preventing the counterfeit simultaneously. The head gap for recording and reading the variable information is formed at the lower side of the head approaching to the magnetic card. The permanent signal reader, which provides the head gap having the inclined angles (Q1) with the driving direction of the card, is parallely coupled with the variable information reader and recorder. The pivot which provides the inclined angle (Q2) at the edge of hed excepting the contacted area with a card supports the head. The outer terminal having the 3x2 matrix structure is formed on the back of the head body.

Abstract: The card reader cutting out the card corner as much as using amounts to indicate the balance comprises a mould die (12) fixed on a main frame (1), a mould lever (13) rotating around a hinge axis (15), a mould punch (14) fixed on the mould lever, a pushing means operating the mould punch by pushing the lower part of the mould lever, and a detecting means detecting the punching place of the card. The magnetic card rotating along a eylindrical drum (2) is transfered to the position determined by the detecting means, then the mould punch cuts out the card side.

Abstract: he apparatus prevents the introduction of erroneous similar cards in a magnetic card reader. The apparatus includes: a sensor (6) attached on a side of a card inlet (7); a pinch roller (4) and a magnetic head (5) installed vertically separated within the card inlet (7); an inclined plate (8) opening/closing a shutter (1) and installed pivotably around left and right pins (2 and 2'); the longitudinal section of the shutter (1) forming a rectangle with incoming cards (10); and a bottom (1') of the shutter (1) being inclined slightly so as for the bottom (1') to be slightly inclined relative to the discharging cards (10).
