Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotary drum for organic waste fermentation is provided to increase fermentation efficiency of garbage and enable easy injection and discharging of garbage by repeatedly free dropping and circulating an agglomerated mass of organic wastes. CONSTITUTION: The rotary drum for organic waste fermentation comprises an outer can(12) which is formed on the upper surface of a bottom plate(10) in a cylindrical shape, one end of which is opened, and on the other end of which a discharge door(17) is formed to open or close a discharge hole(16), wherein a supply fan(18) is installed on the upper part of the discharge hole so that the supply fan forcibly flows in an external air through an air injection pipe(19); an inner can(20) which is formed inside the outer can in a cylindrical shape, on one end of which a central part opened injection hole(26) is formed, the other end of which is connected to the discharge hole, and on the inner circumferential surface of which a spiral screw guide(25) is formed, wherein a plurality of agitating plates(24) are formed on the front inner side of the discharge hole so that garbage is put on the agitating plates to be free dropped, an air supply pipe(22) is rotationally connected to an air supply pipe of the outer can and longitudinally extended along the inner circumference of the outer can to flow in the external air into the inner can through a plurality of inflow holes(23), and a triangular protrusion is formed on the front inner side of the injection hole to guide garbage to the discharge hole; a plurality of revolution rollers which are fixed to the bottom plate to support the outer circumferential lower part of the inner can to a certain height from the bottom plate; a motor which is fixed to the bottom plate, and one side of which is contacted with the outer circumference of the inner can to rotate the inner can to a certain speed; an injection screw(50) on the upper part of which a supplier(52) is formed, one end of which is fixed to the bottom plate, and the other end of which is fixed to the front of the injection hole of the inner can to transfer garbage into the inner can as crushing garbage; and an injection fan(60) which is equipped with a discharge pipe(62), and forcibly injects garbage together with the external air into the inner can by discharging the external air into the garbage passing the injection screw at a certain pressure.
