Abstract: The present invention relates to a manually rotatable apparatus for supplying tissues which is provided to manually cut and supply a water tissue and which comprises: a tissue supply unit which includes a feeding roller having a tissue roll (1) mounted thereon and which supplies a tissue; a transfer unit which holds the end of the tissue roll (1) in the tissue supply unit and supplies the tissue toward an outlet; a cutting unit which cuts the tissue, which is transferred by the transfer unit, at a predetermined length; and a rotary handle which is connected to the transfer unit and the cutting unit, and which provides successively synchronized rotatory power. The tissue is transferred through the transfer unit to the cutting unit by being rotated by a user; cut by the cutting unit; and discharged through the outlet. The apparatus is provided to make operations of transferring a tissue, spraying water and cutting the tissue synchronized by a manual operation rotating the handle, thereby facilitating the supply of the tissue at a constant length with one operation.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An instant water-tissue exhaust apparatus is provided to prevent the degeneration of washing solution by easily replacing the washing solution. CONSTITUTION: Housing(100) comprises a discharging hole(110). A first roller(R1) is installed inside the housing and winds a tissue which is dried to the outer circumference.
