    Abstract: PURPOSE: A light emitting diode-based light emitting sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to emit light through the lateral side of the sheet in addition to the front side of the sheet by embedding a wave-light sheet. CONSTITUTION: A lower polyvinyl chloride(PVC) sheet(20) is located on a lower film(10) and embeds an RF data transmitting and receiving antenna and a power antenna. A light emitting diode insertion hole is formed in the lower PVC sheet. A wave-light sheet(30) is located on the lower PVC sheet, and an RF chip insertion hole and a light emitting diode insertion hole are formed in the wave-light sheet. An upper PVC sheet(60) is located on the upper side of the wave-light sheet. An upper film(70) protects the upper PVC sheet.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and method is provided to achieve improved accuracy and efficiency of tunnel concrete lining safety diagnosis, while preventing noise and improving reliability of obtained data. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel concrete lining safety diagnosis system, comprises a frame movable along the surface of tunnel concrete lining; a migration length measurement unit mounted to the frame, and which measures migration length of the frame; a first striking unit(30) and a second striking unit(40) installed to the frame, in such a manner that first and second striking units generate seismic wave by striking surface of a tunnel concrete lining(1); a first sensor(60) and a second sensor(61) arranged to the frame, and which sense seismic wave generated from striking action of first and second striking units; a first press unit(70) and a second press unit(80) installed to the frame, and which permit first and second sensors to contact surface of the tunnel concrete lining; and a control unit for controlling first and second striking units and first and second press units.
