PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device equipped with an antenna which is automatically protruded or housed in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: An electronic device 10 is provided with a main body 11, a cover 12, an antenna 13, and a transmission unit 14. The cover 12 is rotatably mounted on the main body, and the antenna 13 is rotatably mounted on the main body. The transmission unit is connected to the cover 12 and the antenna 13 and when the cover 12 is to be rotated to the main body 11, the antenna 13 is rotated to the main body 11 by the transmission unit. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suitably determining an RLC entity rebuild-up time for an SRNS rearrangement period. SOLUTION: Wireless communication user equipment (UE) supports an RRC layer having a plurality of states (CELL PCH, URA PCH) incapable of making uplink communication with a base (UTRAN). The RRC layer receives a resetting procedure from the base for initializing a base rearrangement procedure of the wireless user equipment. The wireless user equipment (UE) transmits a reconfiguration reply to the base in response to the resetting procedure. The RRC layer of the wireless user equipment receives an acknowledgement (ACK) in response to the accurate reception of the reconfiguration reply by the base. Finally the RRC layer rebuilds up the RLC entity supported by the wireless user equipment to attain the base rearrangement procedure in response to the acknowledgement (ACK) in the case of one of a plurality of states. SOLUTION: The camera module 100 includes a lens 60, a voice coil motor 40 and a magnetic member 80. The voice coil motor 40 includes a movable coil part 42 and a magnetic fixed part 41. The movable coil part 42 fixes the lens 60 and has elastic members 10 and 20. The magnetic fixed part 41 is disposed around the movable coil part 42. As an electric current is input into the movable coil part 42, the voice coil motor 40 generates a pushing force F1 for pushing the movable coil part 42 to shift along a first direction C1, meanwhile, the elastic members 10 and 20 impose an elastic restoring force F3 onto the movable coil part 42 along a second direction C2 reverse to the first direction C1, and the magnetic member 80 imposes a magnetic force F4 onto the movable coil part 42 along the first direction C1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design technology for fabricating several adjustable connectors on a single main circuit board. SOLUTION: The adjustable connector is electrically connected to a corresponding signal contact on a circuit board by many leaf springs. Thanks to flexibility of the leaf spring, the adjustable connector can move within a small range relative to the circuit board while maintaining electrical connection with the circuit board, allowing adjusting the position of the adjustable connector on the circuit board. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of determining a trigger of a polling request which can omit unnecessary polling of a transmitter by a wireless communication protocol and is common to various packages. SOLUTION: The sensor 90 is able to send protocol data units (PDU) having (n)-bit sequence numbers. A polling determining method is implemented by determining whether polling should be performed according to a parameter S as an (n)-bit sequence number. Only when a PDU to be sent next is not a PDU to be resent and the polling determining method indicates that polling is performed, that is regarded as a trigger to perform the polling. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing an unrecoverable error on a dedicated channel and an associated wireless device. SOLUTION: The UE can detect an RLC unrecoverable error and an RL failure. The two errors are handled differently while the UE is in a dedicated channel (DCH) state. The RL failure leads to execution of RAB release steps, characterized by utilizing respective timer values to determine if associated RABs should be released. The RLC unrecoverable error is not permitted to execute the RAB release steps. This operation prevents unnecessary interruption of services. SOLUTION: In the mobile device which performs cell updating by starting a plurality of timers propagated from a network into a system when a wireless link is failed in a cell selection step, which one of the plurality of timers a signal radio bearer (RAB) is related to is checked and only the related timer is started for cell selection. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leather coating structure of a case and a method of manufacturing the same which prevent the leather coating structure from coming off the top cover of portable electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A leather coating structure 200 of a case includes a support plate having a top face and an underside mounted on a top cover 230 of the portable electronic equipment, and a leather coating layer which has a top covering the top face and a part extended from the top to cover a part of the underside. The method of manufacturing the leather coating structure 200 is also provided. The leather coating layer is bonded to the support plate and forms the leather coating structure 200, the leather coating layer is bent on the edge of the support plate to cover a part of the underside, and the leather coating structure 200 is mounted on the top cover 230 of the portable electronic equipment.
