    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suitably determining an RLC entity rebuild-up time for an SRNS rearrangement period.
    SOLUTION: Wireless communication user equipment (UE) supports an RRC layer having a plurality of states (CELL PCH, URA PCH) incapable of making uplink communication with a base (UTRAN). The RRC layer receives a resetting procedure from the base for initializing a base rearrangement procedure of the wireless user equipment. The wireless user equipment (UE) transmits a reconfiguration reply to the base in response to the resetting procedure. The RRC layer of the wireless user equipment receives an acknowledgement (ACK) in response to the accurate reception of the reconfiguration reply by the base. Finally the RRC layer rebuilds up the RLC entity supported by the wireless user equipment to attain the base rearrangement procedure in response to the acknowledgement (ACK) in the case of one of a plurality of states.
