Each base has a first connection terminal, a first safety switch, an elastic conductive unit, and a second connection terminal, and the bases are respectively arranged on both sides of the body. When the electric shock prevention fluorescent lamp is mounted, the safety switch can deform the corresponding elastic conductive unit if either of the safety switch receives a pressure force, and the elastic conductive unit and the corresponding second connection terminal are electrically connected. Thus, the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal are conducted each other. When the pressure force applied to the safety switch is opened, the deformed elastic conductive unit pushes the safety switch in a direction opposite to the pressure force, and the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal become in a disconnected state.

The remaining first wavelength light and the second wavelength light are mixed to obtain white-color light. The white-color light can be obtained from the first wavelength light without the need of packing the phosphor together in a packaging process of the light-emitting unit, or without the need of contacting closely the phosphor and a packaging material to the light-emitting unit. Further, by separating the complementary color thin film layer from a packaging layer of the light-emitting unit, the effect of heating by the light-emitting unit is not given to the phosphor in the complementary color thin film layer, and light emission efficiency of the white-color light obtained by mixing can be enhanced.
