Abstract:
The method involves detecting or calculating performance-based sizes of a functional unit automatically in time intervals. The performance-based sizes of a functional unit are compared with each other or with pre-set values. A corresponding signal is generated depending on the comparison. The energy conversion device consists of multiple functionally interrelated functional units. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a rotary pump aggregate with an electric motor and a driven rotary pump; (2) a compressor aggregate with an electric motor and a driven displacement pump; (3) a cooling aggregate with an electric motor and a driven displacement pump; and (4) a heating system with a burner and one of the heated water circulations.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost method for obtaining temperature of fed fluid from a pump without using a temperature sensor which can be easily handled. SOLUTION: The method for obtaining temperature of the fed fluid from a centrifugal pump that is driven by a permanent magnet motor of which rotor rotates in a container filled with fluid. Rotor temperature Tm is estimated based on an electric variable of the permanent magnet motor, and temperature of the fed fluid is determined based on the rotor temperature Tm. In the method, the temperature of the fed fluid from a circulation pump driven by a permanent magnet synchronism motor can be measured without using a sensor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
