Abstract:
Group handover method and apparatus in a broadband wireless communication system which supports a mobile relay station are provided. A method of a serving base station for group handover of the mobile relay station includes when receiving a measurement report message from a relay station, determining whether the relay station is a mobile relay station of a simple type which forwards a signal; collecting handover related information of the mobile relay station and mobile terminals belonging to the mobile relay station, from pre-stored information; requesting handover of the mobile relay station and the mobile terminals by transmitting the collected handover related information to a target base station; and receiving a message indicating whether the handover of the mobile relay station and the mobile terminals is approved, from the target base station.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for reduction of a handover interruption time using an estimated handover time negotiation in a broadband wireless communication system are provided. A method for supporting a handover of a mobile station in a serving base station includes receiving a handover pre-notification response message including a residual estimated handover time from a target base station, determining a current residual estimated handover time using the residual estimated handover time, and exchanging the determined residual estimated handover time with the target base station.

A combustion gas burner enabling a multi-stage control including a main casing on the bottom surface of which an air blower is mounted so that air can be supplied from the air blower through an air inlet formed in the lower portion of the main casing, a tube-shaped burner mounted on the main casing in which fire hole units each having a number of fire holes formed at a predetermined distance from one another are disposed on the upper end surface of the main casing in order to burn gas and air which are mixed and supplied to the tube-shaped burner, a plate-shaped burner which is detachably disposed between the fire hole units formed on the upper end surface of the tube-shaped burner, and includes fire hole units having a number of fire holes, a number of mixture supply tubes inserted in the tube-shaped burner and disposed at a predetermined distance so that gas and air are mixed and the mixed gas and air is supplied to the tube-shaped burner and the plate-shaped burner, a Venturi tube installed in front of the mixture supply tubes, mixing gas and air and playing a role of distributing an amount of flow of the mixed gas and air which is needed for independent combustion in each burner, and a manifolder connected to the Venturi tube and the mixture supply tubes, controlling an amount of gas and air. A number of premixed combustion gas burners each having an identical output capacity of the burner, are disposed in parallel with one another and a number of operating burners is varied according to a desired calorie.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a jig for fabricating a concave-convex structure. The jig for fabricating a concave-convex structure is coupled to a multipurpose woodworking device including a woodworking work table for performing a plurality of operations for forming a concave-convex structure and a router mounted on the woodworking work table to perform the operations for forming a concave-convex structure, using a plurality of end mills. Furthermore, the jig for fabricating a concave-convex structure includes at least one of a wood piece support jig supporting or fixing a wood piece to be fabricated, a shaping guide jig allowing for forming shapes corresponding to the operations for forming a concave-convex structure, and a stopper jig maintaining X-axial movement of the router by intervals corresponding to the operations for forming a concave-convex structure. Accordingly, it is possible to easily fabricate circular, round, rectangular, dovetailed, and gallery-shaped grooves and joints.

The present invention relates to a method and a device for controlling the hand-over message transmission power of a mobile station in a mobile communication system. The present invention comprises the processes of: acquiring uplink data relating to a hand-over target base station; using the uplink data to determine the maximum transmission power of a hand-over ranging message; and transmitting a hand-over ranging message having a power level below the determined maximum transmission power to the hand-over target base station.
Abstract:
A semiconductor device and a method for forming the same are disclosed. The semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate including an active region defined by a device isolation film, a trench formed in the device isolation film and the active region, a gate electrode formed at the bottom of the trench, and a high dielectric material layer formed not only over the top of the gate electrode but also over a surface of the trench. As a result, although the gate electrode does not overlap with the junction region, the semiconductor device prevents channel resistance from being increased, resulting in an increase in semiconductor device characteristics.
Abstract:
Provided are a seamless service method controlled by a user terminal, the method including: storing radio access technology (RAT) information and service flow information associated with a connecting radio access network (RAN); when a new link is detected, storing RAT information associated with the new link; verifying whether a new RAN satisfying a handover initiation criterion exists; when the new RAN exists, attempting a link connection with the new RAN; being assigned with an Internet Protocol (IP) to be used in the new RAN; setting up a handover service flow using the new RAN; and receiving a service via multiple paths using a connecting service flow and the handover service flow. Through this, it is possible to provide the seamless QoS even while the handover is being performed.
Abstract:
There are provided a method and a system for controlling restriction on viewing multimedia contents. In the control of viewing multimedia contents through a terminal, contents transmitted to the terminal are restricted on a network according to a predetermined restriction condition to provide contents based on the user of the terminal. When it is required to change the restriction condition, the restriction condition can be remotely set and changed using a network for a specific user. Accordingly, restriction on viewing contents according to the user can be effectively controlled and the restriction condition can be effectively administrated to provide additional services.
