A system and a computer implemented method for granting a temporary overdraft automatically are described. In an example embodiment, one or more parameters are associated with a bank account and stored in a computer readable storage medium, the storage medium in operable communication with a processor. On receiving a payment request, the one or more parameters are retrieved and a temporary overdraft is granted to the bank account, wherein an interest rate associated with the temporary overdraft is determined on the basis of the one or more parameters. Further aspects of the system and method described include the linkage of collateral to the bank account, whereby a maximum credit limit for an associated secured temporary overdraft is determined. In an additional aspect, an unsecured temporary overdraft is authorized, contingent on the present value of linked collateral.

Post creation of debt products, if holidays are announced and calendars are accordingly modified, a manual update is done across all the products if any of current dates falls on the new holiday dates. Thus, while it might be relatively easy during a creation of debt instrument to verify that the proposed or the actual dates scheduled on the calendar is not concurrent with the holiday data set, it can be both, difficult and time-consuming to ensure that an unexpected holiday is accounted for and adapted in the associated calendar. Accordingly, systems and methods are disclosed for automatically managing the impacted dates of debt products upon the occurrence of unexpected holiday(s).

A system and method of providing a dynamic virtual keyboard having a QWERTY or randomized layout that is displayed on a user interface to allow a user to input authentication information into a selected field. A first character key and a second character key are exchanged from their respective actual positions to modified positions. Mapped information associated with the exchanged original and modified positions of the first and second character keys is stored in a memory. Selection by the user of at least the displayed first character key in the modified position by the user is detected and the stored mapped information is retrieved from the memory of the first character key, wherein the first character key is translated to the second character key based on the retrieved mapped information. An authentication array including the second character key is sent to a server to authenticate the user.

The present invention provides a method, system, and computer program product for managing the overall risk associated with any aspect in an organization. The method enables defining the focus areas associated with each context, and the change management dashboard attributes for each focus area of the context, risk profiling of at least one entity of one or more entities associated with each context, registering each profiled risk associated with the at least one entity, administering each registered risk associated with the at least one entity, and determining a risk score associated with the at least one entity. Further, an integrated visual management dashboard is generated for focusing management's attention on the right set of entities and patterns on a continuous basis, for managing the overall risks and actions associated with each context of the organization. The one or more entities include software applications, programs, strategic initiatives, operational interests, financial interests, legal interests or business interests. Further, managing also includes continuous learning from the experience of the periodic implementation of the framework in every period, and applying the learning for a better framework and risk management for the organization.

The invention involves linking the plurality of inter entity accounts to the liquidity management structure and fetching the account balance information of the plurality of inter entity accounts. The present invention provides a method and system for transmitting a transaction identifier from a handheld communication device to an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Device. The transaction identifier is encoded into audio frequency tones and emitted by a handheld communication device. The audio frequency tones are received by an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) device present at a merchant location. Further, the audio frequency tones are decoded at the EDC device and the transaction identifier is retrieved for further processing of the proximity payment transaction.

In an example embodiment, the creation of a first table and a first field, capable of receiving alphanumeric characters, is disclosed.
