A median strip of an emergency road capable of making a U-turn is provided to actively change traffic lanes by simply separating the median strip even without additional tool or equipment in a tremendous snowfall or an accident, to simply combine and separate a cover member in a one-touch method, and to let a driver easily recognize the median strip. A median strip(100) of an emergency road capable of making a U-turn comprises plural hooks(12) formed on each lateral side faced to each other between the median strips; a supporting member(10) formed with a hasp(15) fitted with the hook at both sides of a frame(14), plural steel wires(16) fixed at the inner side, and an anchor nut(17) buried in the road to be combined on the bottom surface by a wing bolt(18); and a cover member(30) formed to the same shape with the median strip and inserted from the upper side of each distal end to be detachably fixed by a fixing means(20). The fixing means has plural fixing protrusion pieces(22) formed on the inner side of the cover member to have the middle portion broad and the upper and lower portions narrow; a fixing member(25) formed with an elastic piece opened at the upper side correspondingly to the fixing protrusion piece and cut at both correspondent sides to be curved and elastically supported; and a combining groove(26) formed to combine the fixing member with the median strip.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for eliminating bad odor from a sewage treating plant or a waste treating plant is provided to select a wet mode and dry mode in the apparatus according to the components of treating gas. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for eliminating bad odor from a sewage treating plant or a waste treating plant includes a plurality of first electrodes(111) and a carbon surface-coated plate(112). The first electrodes are spaced and grounded. The first electrodes are composed of highly conductive metals selected from a group including gold, gold coating, copper, and stainless. The carbon surface-coated plate is arranged between the electrodes. Both sided-protruded second electrode pins(113) are arranged at the carbon surface-coated plate. A voltage is applied to the second electrode pines, glow discharging is generated. Bad odor components of gas is decomposed based on the glow discharging.

PURPOSE: A soundproof plate connecting device for a soundproof wall is provided to easily perform a maintenance work by only replacing a damaged soundproof plate. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof plate connecting device for a soundproof wall comprises a support, connecting units(120), and coupling units(220). The connecting units fix soundproof plates(210) to the support. Vertical bars(122) are formed in both sides of the connecting units. First and second fixing members are formed in the front and rear surfaces of the vertical bars. The coupling units fix the soundproof plate to the connecting units.

PURPOSE: A loop structure construction method by tensile force and a loop structure built with the method are provided to prevent the increase of consumption of steel reinforcement and concrete. CONSTITUTION: A loop structure(10) consisting of a ceiling part and both sideband part is constructed on the ground. A tensile member is established in the ceiling part of the loop structure. The concrete is placed inside a steel pipe(1) and a connecting member(2) comprising the ceiling part of the loop structure. The tensile member is extended after the concrete is cured. The concrete is poured inside the steel pipe and the connecting member comprising both sidewall part of the loop structure.

The high-hardness inorganic hardened film composition comprises a frit 20-70 weight% which has average particle size 1.0-150 nm and includes silicate, silica-containing material 10-35 weight%, inorganic filler 10-60 weight%, oxides 5-40 weight%, and alumina compound 5 -15 weight%.

PURPOSE: Transfer equipment for mixing biomass is provided to equalize biomass fuel as transferring work is automated by the setting of input quantity and supply quantity during the process of mixing the biomass fuel. CONSTITUTION: Transfer equipment(1) for mixing biomass comprises a loading and unloading unit(10), a storage unit(20), a input unit(30), a dust collecting unit(50), and a pneumatic unit(40). The loading and unloading unit holds biomass, and transfers the biomass by a transfer conveyor(12) and bucket elevator(14). The storage unit holds the biomass falling down by the bucket elevator, and discharges the biomass through a quantitative feeder. The input unit transfers the biomass as much as the set quantity to a post treatment process. The dust collecting unit collects foreign matters generated while components are operated. The pneumatic unit forcibly delivers the air to the components.
