Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a base plate (100) fixedly mounted to a tie (3) by screw spikes (5) and mounted with rails (7) in the middle of the top surface thereof; control pads (200) interposed between the base plate (100) and the rails (7); and coupling means (300) for fixing the bottom portions of the rails (7) at both sides of the rails (7), which are secured to the center of the base plate (100), and detachably mounted to the rails (7). The base plate (100) includes control pad securing sections (120) formed on the top surfaces in the centers of the main bodies (110) thereof; coupling sections (130) formed at both sides of the control pad securing sections (120) at a predetermined interval therefrom; and a plurality of screw holes (170) formed with a predetermined distance from the edges of both sides of the main bodies (110). Therefore, according to the rail coupling device, work for correcting a track gauge or a stepped difference and alignment may be simply carried out by inserting the control pads to the base plate and using clip hangers corresponding thereto at the time of the correction work, according to a track change occurred by the track gauge and the stepped difference between the rails at the time of train running.
Abstract:
A non-oscillatory rock cutting apparatus using hydraulic pressure and a method of controlling hydraulic pressure of the same. At least one element producing expansion pressure from pressure of a fed fluid is installed in a hole drilled in rock such that the expansion pressure is applied to the drilled hole by the pressure of the fed fluid. The element includes an internal tube, which encloses the outer circumference of a hydraulic pressure supply pipe, an external tube, which is located around an outer circumference of the internal tube so as to cover at least part of the internal tube, and a fixing unit, which supports the external tube and the internal tube on the hydraulic pressure supply pipe toward opposite ends of the external tube. Thereby, the non- oscillatory rock cutting apparatus using hydraulic pressure expands the internal tube using the pressure of the fluid, thereby cutting the rock without oscillation.
