The present invention relates to an adhesive composition, and more particularly, to an adhesive composition for a touch panel, which is prepared without using a low molecular weight polymer as an additive. The adhesive composition, the adhesive sheet, and the touch panel of the present invention exhibit superior heat resistance in a hardening process, printed circuit board assembly process, or the like, and have superior physical properties such as optical characteristics, wettability, cuttability, workability, anti-warpage characteristics and durability.

A repeater having different input and output frequencies converts a signal received with the input frequency to a first intermediate frequency signal based on a local oscillating frequency for intermediate frequency conversion, and converts the first intermediate frequency signal to a second intermediate frequency signal by performing digital processing on the first intermediate frequency signal. Then, the repeater generates a first frequency tone signal that corresponds to a difference between the input and output frequencies, and generates a second frequency tone signal from the local oscillating frequency for intermediate frequency conversion and the first frequency tone signal. The repeater up-converts the second intermediate frequency signal to the output frequency based on the second frequency tone signal, and transmits the signal.

Provided is a conditional access apparatus and method for providing a terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) service. The apparatus includes: an ensemble data analyzer for extracting ensemble configuration information, and hierarchically managing program data, respectively; a control word generator for generating a control word; a scrambler for scrambling a specific program from the ensemble data analyzer; a conditional access data coder for receiving subscriber and program information from outside, ensemble configuration information and the control word, and coding conditional access data; and an ensemble data multiplexer for creating ensemble data by multiplexing specific program data, non-scrambled program data, fast information group (FIG) data, and the conditional access data, correcting and adding parameters required for the conditional access in conformity to a broadcasting standard.

The present invention relates to a preparation method for biodegradable polymer microparticles and the microparticles prepared by the method. More specifically, the preparation method for polymer microparticles, comprises: dissolving a biodegradable polyester-based polymer in DMSO, dispersing the resulting solution in a low-temperature hydrocarbon solution to obtain frozen DMSO microparticles and then introducing the DMSO microparticles into a low-temperature aqueous salt solution to dissolve the DMSO and remove the salt. The present invention provides a preparation method for novel polymer microspheres that are excellent in biocompatibility, biodegradability, porosity and mechanical strength, can be injected with a syringe by controlling the size of microcarriers and are mass-producible. Since the microparticles obtained with the preparation method of the present invention are biodegradable, biocompatible and come in diverse sizes, they can be used effectively as messengers for damaged or tissue regeneration cells by in vivo injection with a syringe.

A method of performing relay communication in a next generation cellular communication system is disclosed. The next generation cellular communication system includes a base station and a plurality of terminals, and a communication target terminal which has not acquired a Line- Of-Sight (LOS) channel with the base station performs communication through the relay of a relaying terminal which has acquired a LOS channel. The base station determines the relaying terminal. The relaying terminal forms a relaying terminal group by determining one or more relaying assistant terminals. The communication target terminal forms a transmitting/receiving terminal group by determining one or more transmitting/receiving assistant terminals. The base station performs communication with the relaying terminal through the relaying terminal, relaying assistant terminals of the relaying terminal group and the transmitting/receiving assistant terminals of the transmitting/receiving terminal group.

The base station according to the present invention comprises a initial mobile station information receiver for receiving initial mobile station information that a mobile station omnidirectionally transmits in an initial communication step, a mobile station location and speed detector for detecting a location and a moving speed of the mobile station from the initial mobile station information, a downlink beam generator for generating a downlink beam based on the location and the moving speed of the mobile station transferred from the mobile station location and speed detector, and adjusting at least one of a width and a direction of each the downlink beam, and a downlink beam transmitter for transmitting the downlink beam generated by the downlink beam generator to the mobile station through a phase array antenna.
