An apparatus for controlling home communication receives first battery information on a first battery of an electric vehicle, receives second battery information on a second battery of a home power storage device, and receives power policy information from a power supply facility. The apparatus for controlling home communication decides available options for charging the first battery on the basis of the first battery information, the second battery information, and the power policy information. The apparatus for controlling home communication comprises a step of controlling the charging of the first battery according to the available options.

Disclosed are a positioning apparatus and a PLC system using the same. The positioning apparatus of the present invention generates, for every control period, a pulse signal for indicating the position of an object to be controlled, determines the current position of the object to be controlled using the pulse signal, and if the current position is a specific position, controls the object to be controlled in synchronization with the specific position.

A first hook(311) is formed on the upper side of the first body to support one side of the thermal type overload relay. The first hook is comprised of a first combination protrusion body(311a) and a first combination protrusion(311b). A support body(330) is protruded from the other side of the first body. PURPOSE: An electronics opening/closing device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to shorten manufacturing time of the electronics opening/closing device by easily combining a coil assembly and a lower frame. CONSTITUTION: An electronics opening/closing device(100) comprises an upper assembly(200) and a lower assembly(300). The upper assembly comprises a switching structure of a contact point for executing switching about an external device connected to the electronics opening/closing device. The upper assembly body comprises a case, a fixed contact point, and a moving contact point. The case seals the fixed contact point and the moving contact point from outside. The case is combined to the upper side of the lower assembly. The moving contact point is separately arranged from the fixed contact point. An upper frame(210) is combined to the upper side of the upper assembly. The upper frame is combined to a lower frame(320) of the lower assembly.

PURPOSE: A hybrid arc extinguishing apparatus of switchgear is provided to install a fixed terminal in the front side of a movement direction of an arc, thereby effectively inducing the arc to a grid arc extinguishing device side. CONSTITUTION: A driving shaft(8), an insulator(6), a frame(12), and an inter-phase barrier wall are included in switchgear. A case(1) stores the components of the switchgear by sealing with an electrical insulation medium such as SF6 gas. A bushing(10) is fixed in the case. A bus bar(4,5) is electrically connected to a conductor part in the inside of the bushing. A fixed terminal(2,3) is electrically and mechanically connected to the bus bar. A movable terminal(9) is comprised of a conductive material including an inserting position which is electrically and mechanically connected to the fixed terminal. A hybrid arc extinguishing apparatus of the switchgear includes a permanent magnet(7) and a grid arc extinguishing device(17,18).

PURPOSE: An RFID system for recognizing a tag and location recognition method of a tag using the same are provided to obtain ID information of the tag and to recognize the location of the tag by giving an IR-UWB signal generation function to an RFID tag of a UHF(Ultra High Frequency) band. CONSTITUTION: An analog signal transceiver(111) generates power based on an RF signal which is received through an antenna and modulates the RF signal. A digital signal processor(112) interprets a signal which is modulated by the analog signal transceiver. An IR-UWB signal generator(114) transmits an IR-UWB(Impulse Radio-based Ultra Wideband) signal to the RFID reader.
