The device (1) comprises two gibs (10) facing one another, where each gib (10) has a support surface (11), positioned towards the outside and suitable for resting on the respective face (101, 102) of the plate or on a fixed element, and positioning surfaces (12), inclined with respect to the support surfaces (11). The invention is a shelter roof assembly (1) that can be mounted on a wall. Said shelter roof assembly (1) comprises: - a glass sheet (2), which comprises a top plate face (21) and a lower plate face (22), wherein the plate (2) in the upper plate face (21) comprises at least one plate housing (25); - a support device (3) comprising a base (30) fixable on the wall, an upper wing (31) and a lower wing (32) extending from said base (30) identifying a cavity (300) therebetween, in which the plate (2) can be inserted, in which the upper wing (31) has at least one device housing (35); - locking means (5) engaging the plate (2) and the support device (3) comprising a locking device (50) comprising a pair of jibs, wherein the upper jib (51) comprising a device portion (513) suitable for housing the device (35) and the lower jib (52) comprising a plate portion (522) suitable for housing the plate (25) in the housing; wherein said jibs are adjustable in a preferred axial position by two positioning members (58) and respective control elements (57) extending in length between the two jibs to engage the two positioning members (58) and are maneuverable for controlling its mutual position in a direction parallel to the plate plane and involving a movement in the orthogonal direction of the two jibs.

The system (1) has a centerline plane (M) having a vertical extension that defines a first side (M1) and a second side (M2). The system (1) comprises a first trolley device (51) which supports the panel (3) in sliding and rotation on the upper rail (2) comprising two pairs of support and slide wheels (510) comprised of a first vertical pair of wheels (511) positioned on the first side (M1) and a pair of horizontal wheels (512) positioned on the second side (M2). The system (1) comprises a second trolley device (52) which supports the panel (3) in sliding and comprises a pair of vertical sliding and support wheels (520) positioned on the second side (M2).

The invention relates to a movable panel system (1) comprising a lower guide (2) restable on a ground plane (P), having an extension along a guide axis (G-G) and comprising at least one rail (20). The movable panel system (1) comprises at least one panel (4a), preferably made of glass, supported on the lower guide (2), and rotating and sliding means comprising a base (6) fixed to the lower guide (2) and a carriage assembly (5) engaged at the lower edge (42a) of the panel (41) . The carriage assembly (5) comprises a supporting body (50), at least one wheel (51) engageable in a sliding manner to the rail (20), and a lifting device (52). The panel (4a) is configurable along the guide axis (G-G) in a sliding configuration, in which the at least one wheel (51) engages the rail (20), and in an end configuration, in which the lifting device (52) engages the base (6), the at least one wheel (51) is lifted off the rail (51), and the panel (4a) is movable about a vertical axis (V-V).

A movable panel system (1) comprising an upper guide (2) and at least one panel (3) operatively connected to the upper guide (2) to slide axially and to rotate vertically with respect to it. The movable panel system (1) comprises sliding, support and gripping means (5) suitable to allow the axial sliding and rotation of the panel (3) with respect to the guide (2), comprising a pair of trolley devices (50) composed of a first trolley device (51), which supports the panel (3) in sliding and in rotation and a second trolley device (52) which supports it in sliding. The sliding, support and gripping means (5) further comprise a gripping group (55) housed in the channel (20) operatively connected to the first trolley device (51) suitable to operate the panel (3) during rotation by mutual insertion of a receiving device (551) and an engagement device (555).
