PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an interactive picture system which reduces electric power consumption by modulating the sampling frequency of the picture module of an interactive apparatus; the interactive apparatus; and its operation control method. SOLUTION: The interactive picture system includes a host 10 having the first radio module 16 and an access device 18 to soft ware; one or more reference points which form the light of a predetermined zone; and the interactive apparatus 20. The interactive apparatus 20 has the second radio module 25, the picture module 21, a modulation module 23, and a processing part 22. The picture module 21 images the reference point at predetermined sampling frequency to form the first picture and the second picture and calculates and outputs the movement vector of the image of the reference point between both the pictures. The processing part 22 controls the second radio module 25 to transmit the movement vector to the first radio module 16 and controls the modulation module 23 according to a predetermined condition to immediately modulate the sampling frequency of the picture module 21. This invention further provides the interactive apparatus and its operation control method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide projection localizing system which can optionally turn relative angles of both image display and image sensor to correctly achieve directional localization process within range of dynamic space for all localization units and auxiliary units detected by the image sensor. SOLUTION: This is the localization system containing at least three localization units which can generate light with different identification codes designated, and auxiliary units which exist on or near the segment connecting two of these localization units to generate light. The image sensor receives light emitted from these localization units and the auxiliary units to calculate spatial coordinates of these localization units and the auxiliary units based on the received light and also obtain identification codes of these localization units based on spatial relation between these localization units and the auxiliary units, accurately performing directional localization process by using coordinates of the localization units associated with sequence of identification codes. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the quality of an image frame only by having one image frame. SOLUTION: The method to determine the image in real time, comprises the steps as follows. When the brightness of pixels on both sides of a specified pixel is less than the brightness of the specified pixel, the brightness of the specified pixel is determined to be an upper peak. When the brightness of pixels on both sides of the specified pixel is larger than the brightness of the specified pixel, the brightness of the specified pixel is determined to be a down peak. In addition, the brightness of edge pixels of an image frame is not determined to be the upper peak even if it is the maximum. The brightness of edge pixels is not determined to be the down peak even if it is the minimum. According to whether the number of peaks of the image picture meets the requirement, it is determined whether the image picture is desirable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
