Abstract:
Described herein is a sensor device (2) for an electronic apparatus (1), provided with: a sensing structure (5) generating a first detection signal (A x ); and a dedicated integrated circuit (6), connected to the sensing structure (5), detecting, as a function of the first detection signal (A x ), a first event associated to the electronic apparatus (1) and generating a first interrupt signal (INT1x) upon detection of the first event. The dedicated integrated circuit (6) detects the first event as a function of a temporal evolution of the first detection signal (A x ), and in particular as a function of values assumed by the first detection signal (A x ) within one or more successive time windows (T s1 -T s3 ), and of a relation between these values.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit for an electric load, which detects a state of a load connected erroneously. SOLUTION: An electronic circuit (100) is disclosed, having: a node (EX) connectable to a load (LD) to be driven; and a power device (PD) with a first terminal connected to the node, to be switched between activation and deactivation. The circuit further has: a current generator (I) having an output connected to the node, which can be switched to an enabled state, at least when the power device is deactivated; and a comparator (CP) for comparing a voltage of the node (V(EX)) with a reference voltage (V(REF)). The comparator is configured to obtain comparison results (RESETN), from which a distinct condition of electric connection of the load to the node is detected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of protection from noise of a digital signal generated by a comparator.SOLUTION: The method of protection from noise of a digital signal (Vcomp) includes: a step of generating an output signal (Vout) which switches from a first logic state to a second logic state at a first switching of logic state of the digital signal (Vcomp) generated by a comparator 1; a step of detecting a change from the first logic state to the second logic state of the output signal (Vout); and a step of inhibiting further switchings of the output signal (Vout) for a first time interval after change from the first logic state to the second logic state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitive vibrating gyroscope with the acceleration noise reduced. SOLUTION: This is the integrated microelectromechanical structure 30 comprising a driving mass 3 designed so as to be fixed on substrate with an elastic fixed element 8a' and subjected to driven motion on xy within a plane, and both the first sensing mass 15a and second sensing mass 15b suspension-supported inside the driving mass 3 and combined with the driving mass 3 by each elastic fixed element 18, respectively, so as to be fixed on the driving mass 3, as well as, make each detecting motion, in response to angular velocity. Especially, these first sensing mass 15a and second sensing mass 15b are mutually combined by elastic combining elements 32a/32b so as to combine own vibration modes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
