Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for making multi-component foamed material blocks, such as of polyurethanic, phenolic, siliconic, epoxydic resins and so on, comprising the steps of feeding, into a mold, a reactive mixture, through a foaming unit, mutually displacing the foaming unit and mold, to provide a foaming in a progressive variable volume space delimited by a movable wall rigidly coupled to the foaming unit, and withdrawing from the mold the foaming unit.
Abstract:
Device for wetting/impregnating small-size elements (1) with a suitable substance (31;131) supplied by corresponding supply means (30;130), comprising at least one cylinder (10) rotating about a longitudinal axis of rotation and a second means (10;110) rotating about at least one axis of rotation parallel to that of the first cylinder (10), the active substance supplied by said supply means being present on the surface of said cylinder (10) and rotating means (10;110), said cylinder (10) and rotating means (10;110) forming an interspace (11;111) through which said elements (1) for wetting/impregnation pass.
