    Abstract: The present invention provides a feature with which it is possible to brightly display an image. A display body (10) includes first and second portions (A1, A2) and can deform between a first state in which the first and second portions (A1, A2) are apart from each other and a second state in which the first and second portions (A1, A2) overlap. The first portion (A1) includes first and second regions (R1, R2), each having a shape extending in a first direction and each being alternatingly and regularly arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction. Each of the first regions (R1) is a light-transmissive region provided with a light-deflecting structure having light deflecting properties, each of the second regions (R2) is a transparent region having a flat front surface and a flat back surface, the second portion (A2) is impossible or difficult to identify when observed in the first state without the first portion (A1) being interposed, and a latent image is recorded for which identification is possible or easy when observed in the second state with the first portion (A1) interposed.

    Abstract: There are provided a reflective photomask blank and a reflective photomask, which are compatibly capable of suppressing a shadowing effect and improving the life of a mask. A reflective photomask blank (10) includes a substrate (1), a reflection part (7) provided on the substrate (1) and configured to reflect incident light, and a low reflection part (8) provided on the reflection part (7) and configured to absorb incident light. The low reflection part (8) has a multi layer structure of at least two layers or more layers. An outermost layer (5) of the low reflection part (8) has a refractive index n equal to or more than 0.90 and an extinction coefficient k equal to or less than 0.02 with respect to extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light (where a wavelength is 13.5 nm).

    Abstract: A vapor deposition mask made of metal includes: a front surface configured to oppose a vapor deposition source; and mask holes each including a hole portion having a shape of an inverted frustum. The hole portion of each of the mask holes includes: a small opening including a polygonal edge as seen from a view opposing the front surface of the vapor deposition mask, the edge including corners and linear portions each located between adjacent ones of the corners; and a large opening located on the front surface, the large opening including an edge as seen from the view opposing the front surface of the vapor deposition mask, the edge being shaped such that the corners of the edge of the small opening project outward from the edge of the small opening. The large opening surrounds the small opening as seen from the view opposing the front surface.
