본 발명은 특허 평가 모델 생성 방법, 특허 평가 방법, 및 그 방법을 실시하는 시스템, 그 방법이 기록된 프로그램이 저장된 기록 매체, 그 방법이 기록된 프로그램에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 실시하면, 시스템적으로 신뢰성 있고 타당성 높은 특허 평가 모델을 생성할 수 있으며, 시스템적으로 신뢰성 있고 타당성 높은 특허 평가 정보를 생성할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and system for processing information of a patent information system are provided to variously changing a frame shaft for a specific document combination and to easily search a niche domain under various frames. CONSTITUTION: A first part sample document combination and a second part sample document combination are formed by dividing a sample document combination(SM11). Niche standard factor value information in regard to a niche standard factor is created for the first part sample document combination and the second part sample document combination(SM12). Niche evaluation factor value information in regard to a niche evaluation factor is created for the first part sample document combination(SM13). A niche evaluation model is created by applying a statistical algorithm(SM14).

PURPOSE: A patent information system and a mapping information processing method between a technical problem and a technical solution are provided to divide, grasp, and map a technical solution task and the technical solution, thereby easily finding the technical solution of other patent related to the same or a similar technical solution task. CONSTITUTION: A dependent claim character string is obtained and parsed, and a task unit and a solution unit are extracted from the character string (S12). The task unit and the solution unit are mapped and stored (S14). A keyword group including a keyword is extracted from at least one of the task unit and the solution unit.
