Abstract:
PURPOSE: A connecting structure of a precast deck and a prestressed concrete girder is provided to install a shear connector safely and easily and to connect a prestressed concrete girder and a precast deck firmly. CONSTITUTION: The connecting structure of a precast deck and a prestressed concrete girder(1) comprises the steps of: forming a shear pocket on a precast deck(10); laying a fixture under the part where the shear pocket is placed on the prestressed concrete girder(1); placing the precast deck(10) on the girder(1), then inserting and fastening a fabricated shear connector(2) to the fixture through the upper part of the shear pocket to be fixed to the prestressed concrete girder(1); and installing the fabricated shear connector(2), placing fillers to the shear pocket with fillers to fill up a space among the shear pocket, the girder(1) and the precast deck(10) and to connect the girder(1) and the precast deck(10) in one.

본 고안은 콘크리트 구조물의 상부에 전단연결재로서 스터드를 간편한 방법으로 견고하게 설치할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 콘크리트 구조물에 설치되는 스터드 설치용 고정구에 관한 것이다. 본 고안에서는 콘크리트 구조물의 상면에 매립되어 콘크리트 구조물의 상면에 스터드(2)가 고정설치되도록 하는 고정구(1)로서, 상부에 스터드(1)가 결합되는 복수개의 수직부재(10)와; 상기 수직부재(10)를 수직한 상태를 유지하면서 소정 간격을 가지도록 서로 연결하고, 콘크리트 구조물에 배근된 철근(3) 위에 걸쳐지는 가교부재(20)로 이루어는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물의 스터드 설치용 고정구가 제공된다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A pre-cast concrete floor for the end of a bridge that contains simplified construction process and construction method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: A construction of a pre-cast concrete floor for the end of a bridge contains the steps of: establishing a pre-cast concrete floor(1) on a mold, applying a pre-stress(2) to a throttle direction to secure an integration between floors and to improve fatigue resistance, and connecting a floor(6) of the end established on the upper part of a strut of the bridge to a pre-cast pre-stressed concrete floor by a junction. Because many shear junction materials are arranged on the end floor, a shear pocket(8) is formed to be larger than a shear pocket(11) of the pre-cast pre-stressed floor for storing the shear junction materials. Herein, a main steel reinforcing(9) over the shear pocket is exposed.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete bridge floor is provided with a non-adhesive sustaining material to enable to remove and replace the pre-cast floor and to improve a junction structure. CONSTITUTION: A pre-cast concrete floor(1) includes a junction(2) between floors differently from an established floor in a work place. To secure a resistance for a vertical shear force acted on the junction between floors by the weight of a vehicle passing through a bridge, the center of a side of the pre-cast concrete floor is formed to be more recessed than the ends of upper/lower parts. Therefore, the leakage of filling material(4) is prevented in case of packing the filling material for combining the floors after adhering a sealing tape(22) at the lower side of the floor, and a shear key is formed if the filling material is filled.
