    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a recyclable artificial turf structure and a recycling method thereof are provided to easily collect a high molecular substance by using a simple recycling process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a recyclable artificial turf structure is as follows. Roll-type first structures(210) are consecutively supplied to the top of an air bubble layer formed by woven or non-woven fabric of polyolefin fiber. Polyolefin resin is pressed in a film shape, and the pressed polyolefin resin films are consecutively supplied to be in gear with the bottom surface of the air bubble layer. A second structure with a support layer is obtained by fusing the polyolefin resin films and pressing the polyolefin resin films using a cooling roller.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An artificial turf regeneration apparatus is provided to regenerate an artificial turf of beginning state by cutting a part of a used artificial turf, and extend a lifetime of the artificial turf. CONSTITUTION: An artificial turf regeneration apparatus comprises a first wire raising machine(30) formed like a roller having a fillet, a second wire raising machine(40) with a synthetic resin material, a suction machine, a storage tank(80), a pile shearing machine(70), and a hot melt plate(60). The suction machine inhales the filler, such as silica and an elastic rubber chip, and shears a pile by an air vortex additionally. The storage tank keeps the filler, such as silica and an elastic rubber chip. The pile shearing machine cuts a damaged artificial turf pile. The hot melt plate can melt the used artificial turf pile before the used artificial turf pile is cut.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An artificial turf structure, a manufacturing method, and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to securely fix pile yarns without an additional latex coating process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device(100) of an artificial turf structure comprises a foam sheet supply unit(110), a weaving unit(120), and a thermal bonding unit(130).
