PURPOSE: A discharge electrode socket is provided to install main nozzles connected to a plurality of vortex chambers and induce vortex to compressed gas. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of vortex chambers(130b) is formed in both sides of a body unit. A plurality of the vortex chambers is formed to a side direction of a discharge electrode(120). A plurality of main nozzles(140b) is connected to each vortex chamber. Antistatic performance is increased by flux increase of compressed gas which passes through the main nozzle. A plurality of sub nozzles(150b) is arranged around the discharge electrode. The contamination of the discharge electrode is prevented.

PURPOSE: A device for collecting suspended particle is provided to set up various arrangement which is compatible and effective within the restricted space within the clean room. CONSTITUTION: A device for collecting suspended particle includes a housing(100), a emitter electrode unit(120), a collector electrode unit(130). The housing sets up the outer edge of the penetration unit. The emitter electrode unit is included to be attachable/detachable in penetration unit and has a frame which is included to a plurality of load electrode(121) across-connected to the penetration unit. The collector electrode unit is arranged to be attachable/detachable to the penetration unit but is installed to be faced with the arrangement load electrode and has a plurality of holes. The collector electrode unit forms the ion air of neighboring air and comprises a compensation electrode of a metal material collecting the suspended particles among the air.

The present invention provides a bracket apparatus for a bar-type ionizer, which includes a body clamp having the bar-type ionizer fitted therein and a flange having an arc-shape outer circumference; a mounting bracket having a guide rail embedded in a bottom surface thereof to surround the flange of the body clamp and to fix the body clamp such that the body clamp slides and rotates and a top surface coupled with a fixture structure; and a stopper having one side rotatably fixed to the mounting bracket and an opposite side locked with the flange of the body clamp to fix the rotation angle of the body clamp about the mounting bracket. Accordingly, the rotation central axis of the bar-type ionizer is formed in the body clamp to minimize a rotation radius, so that the space utilization can be maximized. According to the present invention, the bar-type ionizer is rotated by using the body clamp, so that the self-rotation of the bar-type ionizer is possible. Accordingly, the rotation radius can be minimized and the detaching and the maintenance of a produce are possible even in a narrow space of a factory, so that the space utilization can be maximized. As well, the bar-type ionizer is not limited to a vertical fixture ionizer or a horizontal fixture ionizer, but the rotational angles of the bar-type ionizer can be variously and flexibly set. Therefore, the bar-type ionizer can be conveniently used under various working environments and spaces, which represents superior effects.

The present invention relates to an independently detachable static charge removing device where the high voltage generating part and the X-ray generating part of a static charge removing device are separated to be independently supplied. A static charge removing device having a detachable high voltage generating part and an X-ray generating part according to the suggestion of the present invention has a structure where the input terminal of the X-ray generating part which is connected to the output terminal of the high voltage generating part is detachable. The input terminal of the X-ray generating part has a first connection part which is inserted into the high voltage generating part to be combined. The output terminal of the high voltage generating part has a second connection part which is combined with the first connection part. A static charge removing device according to the present invention can be supplied by separating a high voltage generating part from an X-ray generating part. If products are produced by the above-mentioned method, an effect such as replacement cost reduction, easy selection of an installation place, and thermal insulation can be obtained.

본 발명은 CDA 또는 N2를 포함하는 압축 기체를 이온화하고, 발생된 이온을 전달하여 피대전체가 보유한 정전기를 제거하는 코로나 방전식 정전기 제거장치에 사용되는 방전전극소켓에 관한 것으로, 보디부의 내부 양측에는 방전 전극에 인접한 축방향으로 복수의 와류 챔버를 형성하고, 상기 각각의 와류 챔버에 연결된 복수의 메인 노즐들을 구비하여 상기 와류 챔버와 메인 노즐을 통과하는 압축 기체의 유속 증가로 제전성능을 향상시키며, 방전전극 주위에는 다수의 보조 노즐을 구비하여 방전전극의 오염을 방지하도록 구성된 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 메인 노즐의 출구 단면적은 보조 노즐의 출구 단면적보다 크게 형성되고, 종래의 노즐보다도 크게 형성되어 정전기의 제전성능을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 본 발명에 의하면 방전전극 둘레에 형성된 작은 크기의 보조 노즐들을 통하여 저속의 압축 기체를 공급하게 되어 압축 기체의 최소 유량을 사용하면서도 방전전극의 오염을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있고, 피대전체가 보유한 정전기를 더욱 효과적으로 제거하는 우수한 효과를 얻게 된다.

PURPOSE: An electrostatic discharge removing device is provided to provide an ideal AC output wave by reducing electrostatic induction current flowing to a counter type electrode by decreasing the electrostatic capacity. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic discharge removing device(100) includes multiple discharging electrode sockets(120) installed in the lower part of an insulating cover(100) consisting of incombustible ABS material. The electrostatic discharge removing device includes a discharging electrode(130) included in the center. The insulating cover is combined in the upper part of the discharging electrode socket having air spraying nozzles(132) in the periphery of the discharging electrode. An counter type electrode(140) is installed in both sides inside of the insulating cover. The counter type electrode consists of a pair of conductive wires(142a,142b).

A slide type fan filter for an ion blower is provided to enable a user to install a fan filter on a blower more easily and promptly in a slide method or to separate the filter from the blower. A slide type fan filter for an ion blower includes a blower cover portion, a space portion, a guide portion, a fan filter, a guide portion inlet, an inlet opening/closing rod, a rod pivoting portion, a recess in a U-shape, a female screw portion and a male screw portion. A blower cover portion is mounted on a rear part of a fan of an ion blower. A fan filter is inserted into a space portion by being guided by the guide portion and prevents the dusts and foreign materials in the air that is transmitted by the fan from being attached to needles. The inlet opening/closing rod stops the inlet of the guide portion after the fan filter is inserted into the blower cover portion.
