Abstract:
PURPOSE: A horizontal movement preventer of a railroad track is provided to prevent a clash between a train and a concrete structure by restraining the horizontal movement of a railroad tie. CONSTITUTION: The horizontal movement preventer of a railroad track comprises: a railroad tie placer having an opened box structure to cover up a side end of a railroad tie(210); several supporters(202f,202s) coupled with the railroad tie placer adhered closely to the side end of the railroad tie(210) to support the railroad tie placer to resist eccentricity of the railroad tie(210); a coupling jack(203) screwed among the supporters(202f,202s) to connect the supporters(202f,202s) mutually and to move the supporters(202f,202s) outward or inward by rotating forward and backward; and a fixture coupled with the supporters and fixed to a concrete structure(220) of a railroad track to support/fix a structure composed of the railroad tie placer, the supporters(202f,202s) and the coupling jack(203).

PURPOSE: A soundproofing and vibration-proofing mat for a railroad track is provided to block the noise or vibration caused by the operation of trains and to prevent the damage of a slab concrete caused by mending equipment. CONSTITUTION: The soundproofing and vibration-proofing mat(200) for a railroad track is formed by weaving many unit geo-textile tube type structures(201) rectangularly and installed between a gravel roadbed of a track and a concrete slab under the roadbed to prevent the noise and vibration of a railroad.

PURPOSE: A cap for preventing the clogging of weep hole of a concrete structure is provided to prevent the discharge of soil or sand through a drip hole when discharging underground water or infiltration and to prevent the settlement of the ground caused by an outflow of soils. CONSTITUTION: The cap(200) for a drip hole of a concrete structure comprises: a circular plate(201) provided with many through holes(201h) for drainage; a circular tube(202) unified with the circular plate(201) and interposed in a PVC pipe member installed to a drip hole of the concrete structure; and a fiber yarn member(203) fitted to the through holes(201h) formed on the circular plate(201) to absorb/guide underground water and infiltration in a banking area, then to discharge in the pipe member of the weep hole.

A railway track block sleeper equipped with a position fixing device is provided to fix the position of a railway track block sleeper not to be moved by installing a position fixing device to a railway track block sleeper installed on a concrete track slab. A railway track block sleeper equipped with a position fixing device is formed to fix the location of a railway track block sleeper(10) by installing a position fixing device(20) to a railway track block sleeper installed on a concrete track slab(14) for installing a rail(13) to make the concrete track slab and the railway track block sleeper to be fixed to each other, wherein the position fixing device includes a groove portion(22) formed in a vertical portion(32) of a block sleeper placer of the concrete track slab, where the railway track block sleeper is installed, and a projection portion(21) formed on the cut end of the railway track block sleeper installed close to the vertical portion of the block sleeper placer, and the railway track block sleeper is installed to the block sleeper placer and the projection portion is inserted to the groove portion to fix the position of the railway track block sleeper installed on the concrete track slab.

A sound and vibration proofing mat of a railway track for preventing vibration and sound generated from a railway track is provided to prevent a consolidation phenomenon from occurring on a slab surface of stone powder by separating the stone powder from a concrete slab. A sound and vibration proofing mat is interposed between a ballast and a concrete slab(400). Upper and lower mats include a body, respectively. The body has a rectangular solid shape, and has a metal plate installed therein. Protrude units and groove units are alternately formed on the body. The upper and lower mats are coupled together to form a mat(200). The mat(200) is installed in the concrete slab(400) in all four directions. The upper and lower mats have connection holes into which connection bars are inserted.

PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for checking space between sleepers and for examining horizontal status of sleepers in front/rear and right/left directions to ensure constant interval between sleepers and horizontal level of the same. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises in general a handle component(201), an interval control component(202) and a bracket component(203). Particularly, the handle component(201) is positioned at center of the apparatus and has female threads(201s) within both sides of body of the handle and on surface of the body(top and bottom sides), two bubble-type measurement devices(201d) to determine horizontal level. The both interval control components(202) are coupled to both sides of the handle component(201) and have male screws(202s) engaged to the female threads(201s) formed on both inner sides of the handle(201).

본 고안에 따른 철도궤도의 방음 및 방진용 매트는, 철도 궤도의 도상과 도상 하부의 콘크리트 슬라브 사이에 설치되어 철도 차량의 운행에 따른 소음 및 진동을 방지하기 위한 것으로서, 다수의 단위 지오텍스타일 튜브형 구조체가 서로 직교 상태의 배치구조를 가지면서 교번 겹침식으로 직조되어 전체적으로 하나의 매트 형태의 구조체를 이룬다. 이와 같은 본 고안에 의하면, 철도 궤도의 도상과 그 하부의 콘크리트 슬라브 사이에 설치시 열차의 정지, 출발 및 통과시 발생되는 소음이나 진동을 차단하는 한편, 궤도의 보수작업시 보수장비에 의한 도상 하부의 슬라브 콘크리트가 손상을 입는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 도상용 자갈의 분쇄에 따른 석분과 콘크리트 슬라브를 분리시켜 석분의 슬라브 표면에의 고결 현상을 방지하고, 우수나 강설로 침투된 물의 배수를 원활하게 하여 궤도의 침수로 인한 철도의 신호 계통 마비를 사전에 방지할 수 있다.
