Abstract: PURPOSE: An environment change sensing device, an environmental change handling system, and an environmental change handling method is provided to improve reliability of a measure for the environmental change and accurately examine the cause of the environmental change. CONSTITUTION: An image input unit changes an analog image inputted from an image sensor into a digital signal. An image preprocessor(72) deletes the background image of the digital signal and implements an edge detection. An environmental change sensor(73) decides the occurrence of the environmental change from the pre-processed image. A controller(74) controls the overall operation of the environment change sensing device.

Abstract: A three-dimensional image display apparatus and a mail display device using the same are provided to solve the viewing angle problem of the three-dimensional image display apparatus. A basic barrier(101) is set up by a user's viewing angle provided from the barrier liquid crystal panel. Expansion barriers(103)(105)(107)(109) are set up to the bidirection of the set up basis barrier. Spacers(102)(104)(106)(108) are set up between the basis barrier and expansion barrier.
