PURPOSE: A method for measuring an effect of skin elasticity maintenance and improvement is provided to indirectly evaluate skin elasticity by a recovery degree of an artificial wrinkle. CONSTITUTION: Skin is marked based on the outer corner of the eye. Skin wrinkles are caused by compressing the marked skin part using an attaching unit without elasticity. The length of the compressed marked skin part is measured after the attaching unit is removed. The length of the compressed marked skin part is measured after 3 to 10 minutes. 피부 색상 측정 시스템은, 피부를 촬영한 이미지의 색상을, 원색에 대응되는 좌표축을 갖는 로그 좌표계상의 색상 데이터로 변환하는 변환 모듈; 미리 설정된 조명 벡터 및 복수 개의 색소 벡터를 상기 색상 데이터를 에워싸는 다각뿔 형상으로 배치하고, 상기 다각뿔의 꼭지점 위치를 이용하여 노란기를 측정하는 제1 측정 모듈; 및 상기 색상 데이터를 상기 조명 벡터 방향의 성분 및 상기 각 색소 벡터 방향의 성분으로 분리하여 복수 개의 색소 분포를 측정하는 제2 측정 모듈을 포함할 수 있다. 피부 색상 측정 시스템을 이용하면, 피부의 노란기, 검은기 및/또는 붉은기 등을 측정할 수 있으며, 측정 결과를 이미지로 출력할 수 있어 특정 화장품 제품 사용 전후의 피부톤의 변화를 알기쉽게 가시적으로 표시할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for enhancing skin transparency contains Sigesbeckia Orientalis extract and Rabdosia Rubescens extract as an active ingredient. A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains the extract as an active ingredient. The extract is contained in 0.001-10.0 weight%. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of skin softener, lotion, massage cream, nutrition cream, pack, or gel.

PURPOSE: A composition containing UV protecting agent-dipped coacervate is provided to ensure formulation stability and safety and to be used in cosmetic fields. CONSTITUTION: A composition for UV blocking contains UV-protecting agent-captured coacervate. The particle size of coacervate is 100nm-1mm. The UV protecting agent is an organic UV protecting agent, inorganic UV protecting agent, or mixture thereof. The coacervate contains 2-8 weight% of collagen or gelatin; 1-4 weight% of acacia gum, and 0.01-0.05 weight% of cross-linking agent. The composition further contains C12-22 fatty acid, fatty alcohol, or UV blodking booster thereof. The composition is a cosmetic composition.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving breast elasticity contains 0.0001-50.0 weight% of kigelia Africana fruit extract and 0.0001-2.0 weight% of fructose 1,6-diphosphate or derivative thereof as active ingredient. The composition further contains pomegranate extract, soybean germ extract, or Artemisia Abrotanum extract isolated using water, ethanol, methanol, butanol, ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform, or mixture solvent of organic solvent and water.

본 발명은 피부 각질 박리량을 정량할 수 있는 평가법으로서, 기존의 형광염색을 통해 육안적으로 각질 박리량을 평가하는 부분을 개선하여 이미지 분석 프로그램을 이용함으로써 각질박리량을 수치화하고, 객관적으로 각질 박리량을 검증할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 피부 표면의 각질층을 형광염색시약으로 염색한 다음, 형광염색된 피부 표면에 각질 박리용 시료를 도포한 후 사진을 촬영하여 형광이미지를 얻음으로써 추적 관찰을 실시하고, 촬영한 사진의 형광이미지는 이미지 분석 프로그램을 이용함으로써 형광강도를 수치화하고, 형광이미지를 이용하여 3차원 이미지화 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 기존의 육안 판정에 의존하던 각질 박리 평가를 수치적으로 객관화 할 수 있으며, 3차원 이미지 변환을 통해 각질 박리 효과를 가시화 할 수 있다. 각질 박리, 형광염색, 댄실 클로라이드(Dansyl chloride), 디히드록시아세톤(Dihydroxyacetone), 이미지 분석, 형광강도, 흑백 전환

A method for measuring the amount of human stratum corneum exfoliation is provided to digitize the stratum corneum exfoliation amount using an image analysis program by improving a conventional technique of evaluating the stratum corneum exfoliation amount visually through fluorescence staining, thereby verifying the stratum corneum amount objectively. A method for measuring the amount of human stratum corneum exfoliation comprises the steps of: (a) coating a fluorescent staining sample such as Dansyl chloride and dihydroxyacetone on a stratum corneum of skin surface for fluorescence-staining; (b) coating a sample for exfoliation such as glycolic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, salicylic acid and papain enzyme on the fluorescent-stained stratum corneum for 4-14 days to perform exfoliation; (c) fluorescence-photographing the exfoliated stratum corneum to obtain a fluorescent image; and (d) setting up an analysis area of the fluorescent image and digitizing fluorescence strength of the analysis by using an image analysis program. Further, the step (a) of coating a fluorescent staining sample is performed for 6 hrs.

A sheet-type cosmetic composition is provided to increase the effect of an insoluble material to skin by improving dispersion property of the insoluble material which is unable to be stabilized in a conventional low viscous formulation and immersing the insoluble material into a sheet. A sheet-type cosmetic composition is characterized in that it includes a sheet where a low-viscous nano-emulsion containing a liposomed insoluble material is immersed, wherein the insoluble material is at least one selected from the group consisting of retinol, a retinol derivative, tocopherol, tocopheryl acetate, tocopheryl linoleate, tocopheryl nicotinate, linoleic acid, coenzyme Q-10, resveratrol, a plant extract essential oil, ursolic acid, oleanolic acid, oil-soluble licorice root, and lipoic acid. Further, the 1 to 10 wt.% of insoluble liposome is comprised based on the 100 wt.% of cosmetic composition, and the low-viscous of the emulsion is 300 to 3000 CPS.
