A method for preparing a capsule for cosmetic comprises the steps of: (a) passing an aqueous solution where agar, carageenan and sodium alginate are mixed through a cooled liquid paraffin layer at a temperature of 3-5 deg.C to form a first capsule using a characteristic of the aqueous solution being hardened by being cooled; and (b) adding the prepared capsule to an aqueous solution of calcium chloride to form a second capsule film by the generation of calcium alginate.
