Abstract: A multilayer cosmetic composition comprising UV-protector is provided to protect the ultraviolet(UV) without gelation and caking. A cosmetic composition of multilayer structure comprises an aqueous layer which a surfactant and salt are mixed together in a ratio of 1:1-1:5, and an UV protector layer comprising UV protector in a weight ratio of 1:1-6:1. The surfactant is the decyl glucoside, laulyl glycoside, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, and Octyldodeceth-16. The salt is the mixture of potassium phosphate and sodium chloride. The cosmetic composition is used in a form of lotion, spray, cleansing oil, aromatic agent or bath.
