Abstract:
본명세서에는인간진피유래성체줄기세포의배양물의신규한용도가개시된다. 상기인간진피유래성체줄기세포(human dermal stem/progenitor cells, 이하 hDSPCs)의배양물을유효성분으로함유하는조성물은, Wnt 유전자의전사체또는 Wnt 단백질을인간진피유래섬유아세포의배양물에비하여증가된양으로포함할수 있다. 이에, 상기조성물은 Wnt/베타카테닌(Wnt/β-catenin) 신호전달을촉진할수 있고, 진피모유두세포의증식또는분화를증진하거나노화를억제할수 있으며, 성장인자등의발현또는활성을증진시키므로, 탈모방지또는발모촉진의효과를가질수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A human skin dermis-derived adult stem cell is provided to identify and isolate a specific gene and growth factors. CONSTITUTION: A human skin dermis-derived adult stem cell has a gene which is overexpressed and is selected from a group consisting of Sox2(SRY(sex determining region Y)-box 2) and S100b(S100 calcium binding protein B). The stem cells are obtained by sub-culturing human skin dermis-derived fibroblast, reacting on gelatin or type 4 collagen for 1-5 minutes, and isolating cells which adhere to gelatin or type 4 collagen. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition containing tripeptides, low molecular hyaluronic acid, mineral, and vitamin is provided to enhance stemness of adipose-derived stem cells. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing stemness of adipose-derived stem cells contains 0.001-3 wt% of tripeptide of glycine-proline-hydroxyproline(Gly-Pro-Hyp), 0.01-50 wt% of low molecular hyaluronic acid, 0.001-3 wt% of mineral, and 0.001-3 wt% of vitamin as active ingredients. The composition is designed from ECM(extracellular matrix). The stem cell is human adipose derived stem cells(hADSCs).
