Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing paper mulberry extract is provided to improve whitening, anti-aging, anti-wrinkling, moisturizing, and elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A paper mulberry extract is prepared from roots, leaves, flowers, or fruits of paper mulberry by ultra high pressure or supercritical or oil extraction. The ultra high pressure is treated at 70~200 Mp for 1-15 minutes. The supercritical fluid is carbon dioxide, nitrogen, nitrous oxide, methane, ethylene, propane, or propylene. The oil extraction is treated at 40-70°C and 2-10 pressure for 2-12 hours by adding cooking oil. The cooking oil is soybean oil or sesame oil. A cosmetic composition contains the paper mulberry extract.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for promoting hair growth contains scoria as an active ingredient. A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains scoria as an active ingredient. The composition further contains a Cryptomeria japonica extract, a Brassica camperstris(rapeseed) flower extract, a Bambusa vulgaris extract, or a Camellia sinensis leaf extract. The composition is used for suppressing 5alpha-reductase activation and promoting collagen biosynthesis.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for skin external application contains bacteria fermentation extract of sap of bamboo as an active ingredient. 0.001-30 wt% of the bacteria fermentation extract of sap of bamboo is contained based on the total weight of the composition. The bacteria is yeast, mushroom bacteria, lactobacillus, koji mould or Bacillus genus. The yeast is Saccharomyces sp., Schizosaccharomyces sp., Torulopsis sp., Rhodotorula sp. or Candida sp. The mushroom bacteria is inonnotus-obliquus, Cordyceps sinensis, Paecilomyces japonica, Tricholomamatsutake, Phellinus linteus or Ganoderma lucidum. The lactobacillus is Lactobacillus sp., Streptococcus sp., Leuconostoc sp. or Bifidobacteria sp.
