PURPOSE: A multi-layered lamellar granule and a skin external composition containing the same are provided to stably maintain lamellar structure same as skin keratin layer with high formulation stability. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layered lamellar granule contains a nucleant; a keratin layer-like lipid lamellar containing ceramide and phospholipid; and a polymer layer on the lipid lamellar layer. The nucleant is sugar, salt, hyaluronic acid, algininc acid, chodroitin sulfate, chitosan, chitin, polylysine, collagen, gelatin, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, or their mixture. The ceramide is natural ceramide or ceramide analogue. The phospholipid is phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidyl glycerol, phosphatidic acid or their mixture.

PURPOSE: A method of producing corneocyte containing a hydrogel particle containing factor for moisturizing and a lipid-coated hydrogel particle is provided to moisturize to capture water thanks to cellulase. CONSTITUTION: Corneocyte comprises a hydrogel particle comprising a particle with factor for moisturizing and a lipid-coated hydrogel particle. Lipid is soybean lecithin, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycol or hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine. The content of lipid is from twice to ten times the dry weight of hydrogel. The factor for moisturizing is amino acid, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate and sodium lactate or urea. Amino acid is serine, glycine, arginine, glutamic acid, tyrosine or alanine. The content of the factor for moisturizing weighs 5-30% against corneocyte. A method of producing corneocyte comprises the following step.(a) Lipid dissolves in an organic solvent.(b) The particle for moisturizing is dispersed in the lipid dissolved solvent.(c) A hydrogel particle made of water soluble macromolecules and the water soluble crosslink agent are dispersed in the solution obtained in the step(b).(d) Water is added to the produced solution in step(c). Then, the solution produced in step(d) is decompressed and distillated. A cosmetic composition comprises corneocyte as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A tackifier, emulsion stabilizing agent, and external use skin composition containing the same are provided to maintain stable formulation without viscosity reduction. CONSTITUTION: A tackifier contains scleroglucan and locust bean gum as an active ingredient. The scleroglucan is denoted by chemical formula 1. The locust bean gum is denoted by chemical formula 2. The emulsion stabilizing agent contains scleroglucan and locust bean as an active ingredient. An external use skin composition contains scleroglucan and locust bean as an active ingredient. The content of the active ingredient is 0.001-10.0 wt%. The composition further contains salt or pH adjusting agent.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition which is made like an extracellular matrix is provided to maintain homeostasis and to effectively regenerate skin cells. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains glycine-proline-hydroxyproline(Gly-Pro-Hyp) contains 0.001-3 weight% of tripeptide, 0.001-50 weight% of low molecular hyaluronic acid, 0.001-3 weight% of mineral, and vitamin as an active ingredient. The mineral is magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium fluoride, sulfate zinc, or magnesium sulfate. Vitamin is inositol, ascoarbic acid, pantothenic acid, niacin, thiamine, riboflavin, or derivative thereof.

PURPOSE: A microcapsule having stabilized natural ingredient and a cosmetic composition containing the same are provided to prevent natural oil from discoloration by high temperature and suppress initial burst. CONSTITUTION: A microcapsule contains 10-40 weight parts of natural ingredient, 2-8 weight parts of collagen or gelatin, 1-4 weight parts of acacia gum, and 0.02-0.07 weight parts of cross-linking agent. The natural ingredient is natural oil. The natural oil is olive oil, sunflower oil, camellia oil, meadowfoam seed oil or Abyssinian oil. A cosmetic composition contains 0.01-99.9 weight% of microcapsule based on total weight. The cosmetic composition is a functional cosmetic composition for moisturization.
