Abstract: A cosmetic composition is provided to show excellent makeup durability without gloss in skin application while allowing a user to feel light. A cosmetic composition having a powder-in-oil formulation comprises the 60.0-90.0wt% of plate-shaped powder components coated with perfluoro octyltriethoxysilane, C9-C13 fluoroalcohol, C9-C15 fluoroalcohol phosphate, perfluoro perhydro phenanthrene, triethoxy caprylic silane or N-lauroyl L-lysine, the 8.0-20.0wt% of powder components with spherical shapes, the 6.0-8.0wt% of oil components and inorganic pigment by weight. The plate-shaped powder has the 70~180° of a contact angle about artificial serum and the 120~180° of the contact angle about hyper pure water.

Abstract: An oil-in-water type emulsified makeup cosmetic composition is provided to improve lasting properties against external sweat and water by forming a thin film on the skin surface and enhancing adhesion while the light and soft feeling of use as properties of oil-in-water cosmetic composition is maintained. An oil-in-water type emulsified makeup cosmetic composition comprises (a) 0.01-5.00 wt.% of a first coating composition containing gelation components as an oil-in-water type emulsion formulation, and (b) 0.01-5.00 wt.% of a second coating composition containing cationic components as a mist formulation, wherein the gelation component is selected from gellan gum, xanthan gum, cellulose gum, agar, alginic acid and alginate; the cationic component is selected from sodium ion, potassium ion and magnesium ion; the first coating composition coats a face and the second coating composition is sprayed to the face; and the composition is formulated as makeup base, foundation, concealer or skin cover.

Abstract: An oil-dispersed type make-up cosmetic composition is provided to form a sponge-like network structure using silicone elastomer ingredients, thereby having high elasticity, showing excellent touch feeling and making skin texture and wrinkles smooth. A high elastic oil-dispersed type make-up cosmetic composition comprises: a hybrid silicone elastomer powder; a silicone elastomer gel; and a silicone elastomer gel and wax blended ingredient. A method for preparing the cosmetic composition comprises the steps of: (a) mixing and deagglomerating the hybrid silicone elastomer powder using a hansel mixer; and (b) after putting the deagglomerated hybrid silicone elastomer powder in an oil phase, mixing it with an agi-mixer to become a capillary state. Further, a liquid oil component and a wax are additionally comprised in the high elastic oil-dispersed type make-up cosmetic composition.
