Abstract:
A solvent extraction method using deep sea water is provided to maximize percutenous absorption of cosmetic composition applying nano emulsifying technique. A solvent extraction method comprises: a step of extracting with deep sea water, filtering and concentrating; and a step of stirring with deep sea water, washing, filtering, and drying to obtain final extract. An active ingredient for extraction is selected among beta-1,3-glucan, astaxanthin, papain enzyme, polyphenol, saponin, adenosine, vitamin C(ascorbic acid), arbutin, niacinamide, and actyl glucosamine. An orginal ingredient for extraction is selected among schizophyllum commune, ganoderma lucidum, agaricus, lentinus edodes, sclerotium-forming microorganism, yeast, barley, papaya, green tea, coffee, strawberry, grapes, adzuki bean, black soybean, cacao, bean, ginseng, E, rock Oenanthe javanica, rubi Fructus, persimmon leaf, rose hip, grapefruit, pimento, bearberry, potatoes, avocado and Phellodendri Cortex.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Bulgaria rose and a patch for eye rim containing the same are provided to enhance procollagen biosynthesis and moisturizing. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains 0.1-10.0 wt% of the Bulgaria rose extract. The composition is also used for improving skin elasticity and moisturizing. A patch for eye rim comprises: a patch 1 of dissolving film containing 0.1-0.5 wt% of acetyl glyucosamine and 0.01-5.0% of adenosine; and a patch 2 of a sheet containing a composition containing 0.1-10.0 wt% of the Bulgaria rose extract.

An emulsion composition is provided to improve skin delivering capability and skin adhesion property of ceramide and enhance moisturizing capability and moisturization persistency of the ceramide by encapsulating a ceramide ingredient with excellent moisturizing capability, a main skin lipid ingredient, into a nano-sized capsule particle and then formulating the encapsulated ceramide ingredient into an emulsion. An emulsion composition comprises a ceramide capsule formulation including 1.0-10.0 wt.% of ceramide as a core, 3.0-30.0 wt.% of a wax matrix layer encapsulating the ceramide and 0.1-30 wt.% of a polymer layer encapsulating the wax matrix, wherein a diameter of the ceramide capsule is 10-1,000 nanometers. A skin cosmetic composition comprises the emulsion composition. A method for preparing the emulsion composition comprises the steps of: (a) after dissolving ceramide, wax and polymer by heating, dispersing the solution using a homogenizer to prepare a hydrophobic mixture; and (b) after dissolving aqueous phase raw materials by heating, gradually adding the hydrophobic mixture thereto to emulsify. Further, a phase of the wax is solid at a room temperature.
