PURPOSE: A composition containing plant glycoprotein extract and selectively containing acetyltetrapeptide-11 is provided to reduce the size of pores and to suppress sebum secretion. CONSTITUTION: A composition for pore tightening contains plant glycoprotein extract as an active ingredient. The plant includes Bergenia cordifolia, Rhodiola rosea, Comarum palustre, Abies Sibirica, Betula pendula, or Inonotus Obliquus. A composition for reducing sebum secretion contains the plant glycoprotein extract as an active ingredient. The glycoprotein extract is contained in 0.0001-10 wt% based on total weight. The composition further contains 0.000001-1 wt% of acetyltetrapeptide-11.

The cosmetic composition contains cosmetically or dermatologically acceptable medium or base.

The natural product is aronia berry, cloud berry, honey berry, Seabuckthorn, Siraitia grosvenorii (luohan guo) fruit, Goji berry, Punica granatum L., ash berry, blue berry, raspberry, aceiberry, cherimoya, mulberry, or mangosteen. The composition is used for suppressing reactive oxygen, enhancing skin elasticity, and protecting skin cell damage.

The kaempferol-3,7-O- alpha-L-di rhamnopyranoside is derived from the kenaf. The kaempferol-3,7-O- alpha-L-di rhamnopyranoside is contained in an amount of 0.001~20.0 weight based on the total weight of the composition.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an amphiphilic block copolymer is provided to simplify synthesis of a RAFT polymerization method which can accurately control molecular weight without a metallic catalyst, and to obtain uniform size distribution. CONSTITUTION: An amphiphilic block copolymer comprises polyester as a hydrophobic block, and polyphosphoryl choline as a hydrophilic block. A manufacturing method of the amphiphilic block copolymer comprises: a step of polymerizing a polyester block through ring-opening polymerization; a step of adding a chain-moving reactant into the polyester block; and a step of adding phosphoryl choline into the polyester block, and polymerizing a polyester-polyphosphoryl chlorine block copolymer by a living radical method.
