Abstract: A manufacturing method of an insole and a system for the same are provided, which easily can confirm effect or the problem of the prescribed insole. A manufacturing method of an insole using biomechanics diagnosis data comprises: a step(S801) of automatically manufacturing an insole of object according to generated prescription data; a step(S802) of measuring the subject information including the foot shape and size of object; a step(S803) of producing CAD data of the insole based on the subject information and prescription data; a step(S804) of manufacturing the insole according to CAD data; and a step(S805) of verifying whether the insole is manufactured in the error range or not.
