Abstract:
A method for preparing hyaluronic acid derivatives is provided to produce three-dimensionally porous hyaluronic acid derivatives having characteristics usable as a cell delivery carrier through wet spinning. A method for preparing hyaluronic acid derivatives includes a step of producing the derivatives of hyaluronic acid or salts thereof having excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability usable as a cell delivery carrier of a cell treatment agent comprising stem cells through wet spinning. The biocompatible hyaluronic acid threads by wet spinning are produced by using a proper mixture solution of dimethylsulfoxide and distilled water as a solvent of a spinning solution for the hyaluronic acid or salt thereof, and using ethanol, dimethylformamide, or a mixture solution thereof as a solidifying solvent.

본 발명은 누에 실샘 초미세분말유래 수용성 세리신을 이용한 화장료 조성물 에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 누에 실샘 초미세분말유래 수용성 세리신을 이용한 화장료 조성물은, 누에를 동결건조하여 실샘을 분리하고 그 분리된 실샘을 물로 용해한 후, 원심분리하여 얻은 상등액에, 알칼리를 첨가한 후 가수분해한 다음 중화 및 탈염과정을 거쳐 얻은 세리신을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의해, 인체 무해하면서 항산화능, 피부세포증식능, 피부 친화력 등이 우수한 누에 실샘 초미세분말유래 수용성 세리신을 이용한 화장료 조성물이 제공된다.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition using water soluble sericin which is derived from silkworm grand ultrafine powder is provided to ensure excellent antioxidation, skin cell proliferation ability, and skin affinity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.001-50 wt% of water soluble sericin which is derived from silkworm grand ultrafine powder. A method for preparing sericin comprises: a step of freeze-drying silkworm and isolating silkworm grand; a step of dissolving the silkworm grand in water and centrifuging to collect a supernatant; a step of adding alkali to the supernatant and hydrolyzing; and a step of neutralizing and desalting.

PURPOSE: A composite filler is provided to not disassembled in the skin tissue for long time and generate a collagen tissue by SVF cell originated from human adipose tissue. CONSTITUTION: A composite filler comprises a human adipose tissue-derived stromal vascular cell and hyaluronic acid derivative. The hyaluronic acid derivative is cross-linked hyaluronic acid derivative by using 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether. The content of the human adipose tissue-derived stromal vascular cell is 106/ml - 108/ml.

PURPOSE: A novel transformation system in Sebekia benihana is provided to express homo or hetero protein or polypeptide and to transform physiologically active material. CONSTITUTION: A method for transforming Sebekia benihana strain comprises: a step of culturing Sebekia benihana for 3-7 days to form spore; a step of performing heat shock at 40-60 °C fkor 15-25 minutes and inducing germination of mycelium; a step of cooling at room temperature; a step of preparing transformed E.coli with an expression vector; a step of mixing the mycelium and E.coli and culturing for 16-18 hours; a step of selecting Sebekia benihana.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition including a hydrolysate from a silkworm silk gland. A cosmetic composition of the present invention is characterized in including a hydrolysate from a silkworm silk gland, and more specifically, the hydrolysate is prepared by separating a gland from a silkworm, dissolving the separated gland into water, centrifuging and obtaining a supernatant, adding an alkaline compound to conduct hydrolysis, neutralizing and desalting. According to the present invention, provided is a cosmetic composition comprising a hydrolysate from a silkworm silk gland which is harmless to humans and having good antioxidant activity, dermal fibroblast proliferating properties, skin affinity, etc.

The present invention provides a method for effectively extracting useful components from an umbilical cord. The present invention provides an umbilical cord extract including the useful components. The umbilical cord extract according to the present invention can be used as a serum substitute for cultivating ordinary cells and stem cells derived from an animal. Also, the umbilical cord extract according to the present invention, can be used for a filler for tissue repair, dressing, and improving skin condition. In addition, the present invention relates to a medium composition for isolating and culturing stem cells derived from a tissue, such as an umbilical cord, fatty tissues and the like, and a method for isolating and culturing stem cells derived from the tissue using the same.

PURPOSE: A medium composition for isolating and culturing mammalian umbilical cord-derived stem cells is provided to quickly obtain a large amount of stem cells with excellent proliferation and differentiation abilities. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for isolating or culturing mammalian umbilical cord-derived stem cells contains an umbilical cord extract without serum. Mammal includes human, pig, horse, cow, mouse, rat, hamster, rabbit, goat, or sheep. A method for preparing the umbilical cord extract comprises: a step of adding cut umbilical cord to a buffer solution and stirring; and a step of collecting supernatant from the mixed solution. A method for preparing the stem cells from the mammalian umbilical cord comprises: a step of culturing a blood-removed umbilical cord tissue in a container which is coated with a cell adhesion protein and contains the medium composition; and a step of treating the tissue with a medium containing stem cell lysis enzyme and isolating the stem cells. The cell adhesion protein includes mammalian umbilical cord-derived collagen, gelatin, fibronectin, laminin, or poly-D-lysine.
