Abstract: PURPOSE: A device which generates power by heating a working fluid with less evaporation heat than water is provided to liquefy the evaporate working fluid through water cooling, thereby securing an evaporation space and reusing the working fluid. CONSTITUTION: A power generating method using a power generating device which heats a working fluid with less evaporation heat than water is as follows. The inside of the power generating device is vacuumized. The working fluid, such as a crude-refined material, is put in the power generating device and heated to evaporate. A turbine is driven by the energy generated by expansion of the crude-refined material. The evaporated working fluid is cooled by water to be liquefied so that an evaporation space is secured inside of the power generating device and the liquefied working fluid is reused.
