Abstract: The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition and a cosmetic composition for inhibiting growth or metastasis of keloids, wherein the pharmaceutical composition and the cosmetic composition comprise an extract of Aneilema keisak as an active ingredient. The extract inhibits the expression of Smad2, which is a signaling material in the TGF-β signaling system, thereby effectively inhibiting growth and/or metastasis of keloids.
