Abstract:
본 발명에 있어서 XL-DNA 및 XS DNA는 TLR9에 결합하여 IFN-β, COX2 발현을 증가시키고, 수지상 세포의 IL-12, TNF-α의 분비를 증가시키며, 수지상 세포 표면에 보조 자극 분자인 CD80, CD86 발현을 증가시키는 등 선천성 면역 세포를 자극하여 후천성 면역 반응을 효과적으로 유도하며, 특히 대장암에 있어서 독소루비신과 병용 투여시 몸무게 감소 등의 부작용 없이 소량으로도 뛰어난 항암 효능을 나타내는바, 항암 약물에 대한 항암 보조제로서 암 질환에 대한 치료 및 예방에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to Corynebacterium glutamicum which has increased target substance productivity compared with a mother cell and produced by a recombinant method or mutation, and to a use of the same. If recombinant Corynebacterium glutmicum is used, high intracellular ATP concentration increases such as gene expression, biosynthesis, and material transfer to efficiently produce useful target substances including such a protein and a metabolite.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical use of phosphatidylcholine which is used to prevent or treat immune diseases caused by abnormality of the immune response, and more specifically, to a composition comprising phosphatidylcholine as an active ingredient for preventing or treating immune diseases. The composition comprising phosphatidylcholine as an active ingredient for preventing or treating immune diseases according to the present invention can be involved in the TLR4 signal transduction system by binding with Cys133 of MD2 to hinder the reaction of LPS and MD2, so that the toll-like receptor-mediated immune diseases can be finally prevented and treated through this mechanism. The composition comprising phosphatidylcholine as an active ingredient of the present invention can be utilized for a health functional food and a cosmetic product, as well as a medicine, and thus is expected to have a very high value when being applied to a food industry, a medicinal industry, and a cosmetic industry.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel use of retinol for prevention or treatment of toll-like receptor (TRL)-mediated immune diseases, and provided are a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of toll-like receptor-mediated immune diseases, a health food, and a cosmetic composition alleviating skin inflammatory diseases, comprising retinol as an active ingredient. Since retinol of the present invention can suppress the expression of various inflammatory mediators (TNF-alpha, IL-6, IL-12, IFN-beta, IP-10, RANTES, iNOS, CXCL9 and IL-27), when toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2), toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) and toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) are activated, toll-like receptor-mediated immune diseases can be ultimately alleviated through this mechanism. Accordingly, the composition of the present invention comprising retinol as an active ingredient can be used as medical supplies such as a pharmacological composition as well as health foods and cosmetic products so that the value of the present invention is expected to be enhanced when being used in food industries, medicine industries and cosmetic industries.
