Abstract: 본 발명은 티오시안산 화합물을 효율적으로 제조하기 위하여, 유기 할로겐 화합물과 티오시안 음이온(thiocyanate ion)을 반응시켜 유기 티오시안산 화합물(organic thiocyanate)과 이소티오시안산 화합물(isothiocyanate)이 혼합된 혼합물을 생성시키는 단계; 상기 혼합물과 아자이드 이온(azide ion)을 염기성 조건에서 반응시켜 티아트리아졸 아민(thiatriazole amine)을 생성시키는 단계; 및 상기 티아트리아졸 아민을 칼럼 크로마토그래피법으로 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 유기 티오시안산 화합물을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of organic thiocyanate from halogenated alkyl by using a layer separation is provided to easily isolate and purify tetrazole -5- thione compound by using a layer separation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of organic thiocyanate from halogenated alkyl by using a layer separation comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture of organic thiocyanate and isothiocyanate compound by reacting the organic halogen compound with thiocyanate ion; manufacturing tetrazole-5-thione by reacting the mixture with azide ion under basic condition; and layer separating and removing the tetrazole -5- thione.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing biodiesel using fruit of hevea brasiliensis is provided to improve productivity of biodiesel fuel and to diversify raw material component for producing the biodiesel fuel and to offer profits to a cultivator of the hevea brasiliensis. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing biodiesel using fruit of hevea brasiliensis includes a step of reacting refined oil which is obtained from the fruit of hevea brasiliensis with a mixture in which basic material and alcohol are mixed. The mixture 10~50 parts by weight are reacted with the refined oil 100 parts by weight at a room temperature for 1 ~ 3 hours and a supernatant is obtained. The supernatant is washed with an aqueous solution and the supernatant is desiccated into sulfate anhydrous(MgSO_4).
