Abstract: PURPOSE: A salivary gland-transplantation animal model is provided to ensure easy accessability and to transplant to regional lymph nodes or distant site. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing tumor metastasis mode using a salivary gland-transplantation animal model comprises: a step of transplanting tumor cells to salivary gland of a normal animal to induce tumor; and a step of measuring tumor cell metastasis in a tissue or organic besides salivary gland. A method for screening an anticancer drug using the salivary gland-transplantation tumor animal model comprises: a step of transplanting tumor cells to salivary gland of a normal animal except for human body; a step of administering anticancer drug candidate to the animal; and a step of measuring growth or metastasis of the tumor cells.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供唾液腺移植动物模型,以确保易于接近和移植到局部淋巴结或远处。 构成:使用唾液腺移植动物模型分析肿瘤转移模式的方法包括:将肿瘤细胞移植到正常动物的唾液腺以诱导肿瘤的步骤; 以及测量除唾液腺以外的组织或有机物中的肿瘤细胞转移的步骤。 使用唾液腺移植肿瘤动物模型筛选抗癌药物的方法包括:将肿瘤细胞移植到除人体外的正常动物唾液腺的步骤; 向动物施用抗癌药物候选者的步骤; 以及测量肿瘤细胞生长或转移的步骤。
