Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a device for detecting an analyte are provided to easily detect specific materials and amplify signal. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting an analyte(11) comprises: a step of adding capturing/detecting beads(15a) to a sample containing the analyte to form a capturing/detecting bead-analyte complex(16); a step of passing non-conjugated capturing/detecting beads(15b); a step of isolating the capturing/detecting bead-analyte complex and non-conjugated capturing/detecting beads using a filter; and a step of detecting the capturing/detecting bead-analyte complex using probe function.
