Abstract: A method for transmitting and receiving data and a communication system for the same are provided to improve transmission speed by retransmitting only undelivered packets to a receiving mode so that the number of response packets to be transmitted by the receiving node can be minimized, in case a transmitting node segments mass data into a plurality of packets and transmits them to the receiving node. A communication system comprises a transmitting node(100) and a receiving node(102). The transmitting node transmits information about the number of data packets to the receiving node before transmitting the data packets. If information about undelivered data packets is received, the transmitting node retransmits the undelivered data packets. The receiving node, if information about the number of data packets is received from the transmitting node, creates and stores index information which consists of indexes for the data packets. Whenever data packets are received from the transmitting node, the receiving node marks indexes respectively for the received data packets and stores the received data packets. If the last data packet is received or data packet reception is completed, the receiving node detects undelivered data packets according to the marking status of the index information. The receiving node transmits a response packet, which contains information about the detected undelivered data packets, to the transmitting node. If no undelivered data packet is detected, the receiving node transmits information about reception completion to the transmitting node.

Abstract: A current monitoring apparatus and a system and a method thereof are provided to block the supply of a power supply voltage according to the level of allowed current of each device for various devices driven by receiving a power supply voltage. According to a current monitoring apparatus, a current measurement part(300) measures a current supplied to a device driven by receiving a voltage. A switching part(302) switches the connection between the device and the power supply. A key pad(306) receives a current limit value. A control part(304) sets the current limit value according to the current limit value inputted through the key pad, and blocks the supply of the voltage by disconnecting connection state between the device and the power supply if the current measured by the current measurement part exceeds the established current limit value.
