Abstract: 본 발명은 밥 자동 취사장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 상단의 쌀통으로 부터 계량컵을 통해 일정량씩의 쌀을 공급받는 세미부에서는 일정한 수압으로 공급되는 물에 의해 쌀을 깨끗이 세척한후 밥통으로 하향 토출시키고, 급수시간으로 적절한 밥물의 양을 조절하여 공급한 후 밥통에서 취사 및 보온이 행하여지도록 하되, 쌀의 계량 및 세미부로의 공급, 세척용 물의 급수와 세척 및 배수, 세척된 쌀의 밥통으로 공급, 사용자가 원하는 밥질에 따른 밥물의 공급, 취사와 보온들은 물론, 사용자의 선택사양을 입력받고, 내부의 동작상태를 알려주며 정상적인 동작이 수행되도록 함으로써 사용자가 편리하고 간단하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

저수부와 통하는 열교환파이프를 저부에 가열부를 마련하고 가열부에 노출된 열교환파이프의 내부 중앙부에는 저면에 저장고와 상면에는 공기팽창부를 마련하고 열교환파이프의 양측으로 개구부와 대응하는 증폭간격부를 유지하도록 증폭판을 본체에 마련하여, 가열부에 발생된 열을 열교환파이프의 공기팽창부의 수면에서 증기를 발생시켜 열교환파이프 내부를 팽창시켜 양방향으로 신속하게 배출 및 흡입을 가능케 하여 열교환파이프를 지나는 물의 유동을 활성화시켜 열교환 효율을 증폭시키도록 하는 이점과 그 구조를 간단하게 하여 제조단가를 절감시키게 함과 동시에 적은 열원으로 열교환파이프 내부의 물을 신속하게 데울 수 있는 이점과 간단한 구조로 열교환을 용이하게 하여 적은 열원으로 열효율을 높일 수 있는 이점이 있는 것이다.-

Abstract: The present invention relates to an amplifier for a heat exchanger and, more specifically, to an amplifier for a heat exchanger which is provided to amplify heat exchange efficiency by activating a water flow passing a heat exchange pipe by rapidly enabling an intake and a discharge in both directions by expanding the inside of the heat exchange pipe by generating vapor in an air expansion unit when arranging and heating the air expansion unit in the upper part and a storage unit in the lower part of the center of the heat exchange pipe which is used in a boiler or a heater for delivering heat by arranging multiple heat exchange pipes. The present invention has advantages of: amplifying heat exchange efficiency by the following steps of arranging the heat exchange pipe passing through a water storage unit in a heating unit, arranging the air expansion unit in the upper side and the storage unit in the lower side in the internal center part of the heat exchange pipe which is exposed to the heating unit, arranging an amplification plate in a main body in order to maintain an amplification interval unit corresponding to an opening unit in both sides of the heat exchange pipe, expanding the inside of the heat exchange pipe by generating vapor from the water surface of the air expansion unit of the heat exchange pipe by the heat generated in the heating unit, and enabling a rapid discharge and a rapid intake in both directions; rapidly heating water inside the heat exchange pipe by a small heat source while reducing manufacturing costs by a simple structure; and increasing heat efficiency by the small heat source by enabling an easy heat exchange with the simple structure.
