Abstract: 본발명은파이프형태의몸체부내부에형성되고, 유체가흐르는벤츄리공간부, 상기벤츄리공간부의목 부분에장착된다공성튜브, 및상기다공성튜브를에워싸는직경확대공간을형성하고, 상기직경확대공간에외부로부터연통하도록상기몸체부를관통하여공기유입관이형성된공기공급부를포함하며, 유체(물)가벤츄리공간부를통과하면대기압과벤츄리공간부의목 부분의압력차에의해공기공급부와다공성튜브를통해공기가유체속으로공급되고, 상기벤츄리공간부의목 부분을통과하는물의빠른속도에의해서공기가가늘게부셔져서미세한공기방울을대량으로발생시킬수 있는다공성재질의벤츄리관을활용한공기방울발생장치를제공한다. 본발명에의하면, 1.9 ≤ VL / di ≤ 2.0, 0.08 ≤ Pt / di ≤ 0.1, β = aV등의수식들을통해서벤츄리관을제작하기때문에, 유체가벤츄리공간부를통과하는경우에도, 난류등의동 변화발생이적고, 파이프내부에서물의정체(체류) 영역이발생하지않아서파이프의내부마모부분이발생하지않으며, 그에따른장치의내구성이우수하고, 안정적으로미세기포를대량발생시킬수 있는우수한효과를얻을수 있다.

Abstract: A micro vacuum air bubble generator is provided to enable micro vacuum air bubbles to be transferred deep into water, and further increase a contact area of the air bubbles with a target liquid by additionally cutting the air bubbles into fine air bubbles. A micro vacuum air bubble generator(10) comprises: a cylindrical pipe(12) having a predetermined inner diameter; a drive unit(14) mounted on a top part of the cylindrical pipe; a rotary shaft(16) directly connected to the drive unit and disposed in the center of the cylindrical pipe; first and second fans(12,22) located within the cylindrical pipe and axially installed on the rotary shaft such that the first and second fans are spaced apart from each other in a predetermined interval; and a nozzle plate(30) disposed in rear of the first fan such that the nozzle plate is spaced apart from the first fan in a predetermined nozzle gap, wherein the nozzle plate has a plurality of finely distributed holes(30a) formed therein.
