Abstract:
PURPOSE: A heterocyclic compound derivative and a method for preparing the same are provided to efficiently prepare dihyronaphthalene, chromene, and a dihydroquinoline derivative. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a heterocyclic compound derivative of chemical formula 1 comprises a step of intracmolecular cyclizing an arene-alkyne derivative of chemical formula 2 under the presence of an iron catalyst and silver catalyst. The iron catalyst is FeBr_2, FeBr_3, FeCl_2, FeCl_3, Fe(OTf)_3, Fe(acac)_3, Fe(CO)_6, FeCl_3·6H_2O, FeCl_3·4H_2O, Fe_2O_3, Fe(NO)_3·9H_2O, or FeSO_4·7H_2O. The silver catalyst is AgOTf, AgNTf_2, AgSbF_6, AgBF_4, AgAsF_6, AgPF_6, or AgNO_3. The cyclization is performed in a solvent of dichloromethane(DCM), dichloroethane(DCE), toluene, acetonitrile(MeCN), nitromethane, tetrahydrofurane(THF), N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF), or N,N-dimethyl acetateamide(DMA).
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing allene-substituted unsaturated compounds is provided to prepare unsaturated compounds substituted with allene and various reactive groups by inducing an allenyl indium compound from an alkynyl halide in-situ, and performing cross-coupling reaction with electrophile in the presence of a transition metal catalyst. An allene-substituted unsaturated compound comprises the steps of: (i) preparing an allenyl indium compound represented by the chemical formula 1 by reacting the alkynyl halide represented by the chemical formula 1 and indium(In); and (ii) preparing an allene-substituted unsaturated compound represented by the chemical formula 4 by reacting an allenyl indium compound represented by the chemical formula 2 and electrophile of an unsaturated compound represented by the chemical formula 3.
