Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus capable of separating the metal from a difficult separable metal/polymer composite waste is provided to combust the waste through a radio inductive heating and to reduce the production of the noxious gas. CONSTITUTION: A reaction chamber(1) separates the metal from the waste. An induction heater(2) charges the waste to a heated object. A power supply device(3) applies the radio current in an induction heating coil. A cooling water circulator(4) cools the heat generated in the induction heating coil. A gas trap unit collects the gas generated while the thermal decomposition.
