Abstract: A powder mixing apparatus utilizing the fixed quantity transfer conveyor is provided that the mixing ratio of the supplementary materials and main raw material is regularly fitted. A powder mixing apparatus utilizing the fixed quantity transfer conveyor comprises a material storage hopper(10), a conveyer means transferring the main raw material stored in the material storage hopper to the top, a first input hole in which the main raw material freely drops and a second input hole(46) which the supplementary materials is put into, a mixing hopper(40) having a mixer, a load cell(60) measuring the main raw material amount which free drops in the mixing hopper, a controlling method controlling the height of the main raw material amount piled up on the top of the conveyer means, a controller controlling the operation of the controlling method and conveyer means according to the measured value of the load cell.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing coal slurry is provided to obtain unnecessary waste of power and energy by increasing or reducing the transferring speed of coal slurry discharged from a storing tank. CONSTITUTION: A storing tank(100) receives coal slurry(400) which is the mixture of powdered coal and water. A supplying unit(200) periodically supplies the powdered coal and the water to a storing tank under a sealed state. A discharging pipe forms a path through which the coal slurry is transferred from the storing tank. A first axial tube is in connection with the discharging pipe. A second axial tube is formed at the center part of the path which is formed by the first axial tube.
