Abstract: 본발명은금속산화물나노입자잉크및 이의제조방법, 이로부터제조된금속산화물나노입자박막, 이를이용한광전소자를개시한다. 본발명의실시예에따른금속산화물나노입자잉크의제조방법은금속산화물과유기리간드를포함하는리간드용액을이용하여상기유기리간드로둘러싸인금속산화물나노입자인제1 나노입자를합성하는단계; 상기제1 나노입자를용매에분산시켜분산용액을제조하는단계; 상기분산용액을 pH가조절된알코올용매와혼합한후 초음파처리하여상기제1 나노입자를둘러싸는유기리간드를제거하여제2 나노입자를제조하는단계; 및상기제2 나노입자를분산용매에분산시켜금속산화물나노입자잉크를제조하는단계를포함하는것을특징으로한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An adaptive topology operation system and a method thereof are provided to operate the adaptive topology by the traffic density. CONSTITUTION: A base station controller(10) establishes and manages at least more than two multi-hop topologies which will be applied based on the traffic density of a base station(20). The base station controller determines whether the multi-hop topology is changed or not. The base station controller controls the base station by the determined multi-hop topology. The base station forms a transmitted multi-hop topology from the base station controller and operates the multi-hop topology.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供自适应拓扑操作系统及其方法,以通过业务密度来操作自适应拓扑。 构成:基站控制器(10)基于基站(20)的业务密度建立和管理将被应用的至少两个以上的多跳拓扑。 基站控制器确定多跳拓扑是否改变。 基站控制器通过确定的多跳拓扑来控制基站。 基站从基站控制器形成传输的多跳拓扑,并操作多跳拓扑。
