Abstract: PURPOSE: A proteinic marker for sorting colorectal cancer stem cells is provided to select specific colorectal stem cells and to develop an inhibitor of the stem cells. CONSTITUTION: A proteinic marker for sorting colorectal cancer stem cells contains a polypeptide having an amino acid of sequence numbers 1-10. A composition for sorting colorectal stem cells contains the presence, amount, pattern of the marker or quantum. A kit for sorting colorectal cancer stem cells contains the composition. A method for sorting an inhibitor of the stem cells comprises: a step of treating a test compound to cells or animals in which the proteimic marker is expressed; and a step of confirming physiological activity promotion or suppression by the test compound.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于分选结肠直肠癌干细胞的蛋白质标志物，以选择特异性结直肠干细胞并开发干细胞的抑制剂。 构成：用于分选结肠直肠癌干细胞的蛋白质标志物含有具有序列号1-10的氨基酸的多肽。 用于分选结肠直肠干细胞的组合物含有标记或量子的存在，量，图案。 用于分选结肠直肠癌干细胞的试剂盒含有该组合物。 用于分选干细胞抑制剂的方法包括：将测试化合物处理到其中表达蛋白质标志物的细胞或动物的步骤; 以及通过测试化合物确认生理活性促进或抑制的步骤。
